Even Griffith’s numbers down

You know how bad things are for Democratic political figures these days? Even Andy Griffith’s poll numbers have seen a significant decline in the last 2 years.

Our latest North Carolina poll found Griffith at 44/22 in the state for a net favorability of +22. That represents a 25 point decline from June of 2008 when Griffith was at a net +47 (56/9.)

Even Andy Griffith can’t save the monstrosity that is ObamaCare from the public’s scorn. After years of experience working with inefficient government, people instinctively know:

1-The ObamaCare bureaucracy will be run by an Army of Barney Fifes;
2-Congress will come back year after year for more money from the taxpayers. It’ll be like Otis Campbell on an endless drunk with the bill running billions per shot.
3-Care will suffer. Instead of the doctor, the elderly will be shuffled off to see Floyd the Barber.

Based on Radar’s latest Mel Gibson girlfriend rant audiotape, Mel Gibson might want to grab a few hundred cartons of Snickers bars and head to his 5400 acre, $15 million private Fiji Island.

In the latest Mel Gibson girlfriend rant tape released by Radar, an extremely furious Mel Gibson, via a phone call, tells his ex-girlfriend Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva:

“I’ll put you in a f **kin rose garden you c**t! You understand that? Because I’m capable of it. You understand that?

Listening to the tape, there’s no doubt Mel Gibson is currently probably frothing at the mouth at Radar, the source who has been doling out Mel Gibson rant quotes since July 1st then posted an audiotape copy of the first Mel Gibson rant tape on July 9th. Today, Radar fired off a another salvo at Mel Gibson, posting a second audio tape which included Mel threatening to bury Oksana in his rose garden.

On July 6th, Radar reported a source close to Oksana had seen photos of a battered Oksana after Mel allegedly beat her up in a January 6 incident at Mel Gibson’s Malibu mansion.

Radar:

Grigorieva received two black eyes and had two front teeth knocked out, the source, familiar with the case has told RadarOnline.com.

“You can see Oksana’s two main front teeth were broken and there are bruises all over her face,” said the pal, who has seen the photos.

“They will come out eventually and she is prepared to use them in their court case.”

We’re wondering, when will the photos “come out”, and, who will they come out to? We’re also wondering, and, most likely Mel’s attorneys, how Radar got the Mel Gibson rant tapes, tapes which a judge purportedly sealed on June 22nd?

On June 26, TMZ reported a judge had sealed the Mel Gibson rant tapes during a restraining order hearing held on June 22nd.

TMZ:

A week ago Friday, Mel’s representatives got a call from Oksana’s lawyer, saying Oksana would not allow Mel to spend time with Lucia on Father’s Day … something to which she had already agreed.

According to sources, at noon on Monday, Oksana’s lawyer called Mel’s rep and said she got a restraining order against him to stay 100 yards from her and couldn’t even see Lucia until a hearing in July.

The next day, Mel’s lawyer went to the judge and got the restraining order modified, allowing him to see Lucia — just like it was agreed before.

During the hearing, it came out that Oksana had secretly taped arguments she had with Mel. The judge ordered the tapes sealed and also ordered Oksana not to talk publicly about the recordings.

And, we’re told, the judge was extremely unhappy with Oksana’s lawyer for not revealing that there had been a mediated custody agreement in place.

Despite the judge’s order, on July 1st, Radar reported they’d heard the recordings and posted a couple of quotes including Mel telling Oksana:

And there is more than one disgusting outburst from Mel. RadarOnline.com has listened to the hate-fuelled rants the Braveheart star unleashed during fights with Oksana as their relationship unraveled.

“You’re an embarrassment to me,” Mel tells her at one point.

“You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”

After Radar fired off the first salvo of Mel Gibson racist rants quotes on July 1st, Radar published a series of articles releasing more quotes from the Mel Gibson rant tapes until July 9th, when Radar released a partial copy of the tape. Today, Radar released a second audio recording segment of Mel Gibson rants.

On July 7th, Radar reported Oksana wasn’t the source of the Mel Gibson rant tapes. One day earlier, Radar reported EXCLUSIVE: Photos Will Show Oksana With Black Eyes And Broken Teeth From Mel, Friend Says.

Chances are, Radar may have already seen the photos, and, have a copy of the photos. Radar could be waiting to release this particular bit of news after they’ve released the audio tapes, which Radar may have more Mad Mel rants set to be released at a later date.

The Snickers bar is for Mel, cause Mel’s career isn’t going anywhere for a while….

Was Frank Neuschaefer on The Bachelorette: Ali looking for love or showbiz exposure? Since Frank isn’t talking and ABC doesn’t use lie detector tests on contestants, chances are the answer will remain in reality tvland.

In a recent Star Magazine article, Star reported Frank’s Bachelorette claim, Frank realized he was “still in love” with his ex-girlfriend Nicole Caruso, 23, was a ruse. According to Star, Frank and Nicole made a secret pact with Frank appearing on The Bachelorette for showbiz exposure for a career in screenwriting.

Star:

“Frank wants a screenwriting career, and he assured her that he was only going on The Bachelorette for the show business exposure,” a friend of Nicole tells Star. “This whole business about Frank wistfully longing for a former girlfriend seems like a sham. He and Nicole were rock-solid when he left for the show, and I believe they still are. He never had any interest in Ali.”

According to Reality Steve, the guy who has been the spoiler thorn in ABC’s The Bachelor and Bachelorette series, ABC pulled some editing shenanigans with the Tahiti episode, Frank, and his ex-girlfriend.

Reality Steve:

Our 3rd major storyline this season happens on the overnight dates. First there was the Kasey tattoo, then in Turkey Justin’s girlfriend calls to warn Ali, and now this. Frank eliminates himself in Tahiti after telling Ali he’s still in love with his ex-girlfriend back home. This happens before they spend the night together, and there is no rose ceremony. However, here’s the information that I’ve been gathering over the past week or so that I can now reveal. Since I haven’t seen the episode obviously and how it will play out, I’m guessing that after Frank leaves Tahiti, they will then show footage of Frank and his ex-girlfriend getting back together in Chicago. It’s not gonna be a phone call because they already did that with the Justin storyline. ABC will show footage of Frank meeting up with his ex-girlfriend Nicole and them getting back together. However, what ABC won’t show you is this footage was actually shot after Ali left Chicago for Frank’s hometown date but BEFORE he went to Tahiti. I can’t imagine the show will show Frank and his girlfriend getting back together before the overnight date episode, since that would essentially ruin the surprise of why he’s leaving. People would expect it at that point. Maybe they’ll show him contemplating it, talking about it with a producer, etc. I don’t know. I just know that he shot footage with his ex-girlfriend before leaving for Tahiti where they get back together.

The graphic above, from I Own the World’s I’m In With The In Crowd illustrate several things about the intellectual cesspool that is Hollywood.

1-When your life consists of playing the part of other people, you’re more likely to identify with the guy who’s Top Dog, like Hugo Chavez. The people that Hugo Chavez represses and kills are just so many eggs in the latest trendy Hollywood omelet.

2-Where else other than Hollywood is the concept of GroupThink practiced? Most big universities, the Mouthpiece Media and Big Government are three that first come to mind. They’re also the places that you’ll see support for Chavez at its strongest.

3-It’s notable that none of the Hollywood celebrities in the graphic above have decided to move to the Heaven-on-Earth that is Venezuela under Hugo Chavez. Why not forget the photo ops and put your liberty where your mouth is? A few years of living in Caracas and running afoul of the Chavas censorship might force the Hollywood elite to change their minds.

Forty-yr-old Jennifer Lopez wowed the crowd last night at the New Year’s Eve Times Square performing her new single Louboutins in a faux see-through skintight catsuit with matching diamanté studded ankle boots which, according to the Daily Mail, displayed J-Lo’s “down-sized derriere”.

We thought it’d be cool to compare J-Lo in her “diminishing derriere” catsuit at age 40 to other domestic catsuit wearing divas, such as Cher, at age 62, wore the same catsuit at Mandalay Bay Events Centre in Las Vegas as the one she pranced around in on a battleship in the midst of “fevered” sailors 17 years ago at age 45 in her “Turn Back Time” video.

George Michael today spoke candidly of his drug use and cruising for sex with strangers, saying ‘it’s just who I am’.

The former Wham! star confirmed he was caught in possession of crack cocaine when arrested last year in public toilets on Hampstead Heath, a gay cruising area close to his home in north London.

But asked when he had last smoked the class A drug, the singer declined to answer.

David Letterman has moved out of his family home after failing to patch things up with his outraged wife Regina, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

Maybe Mrs. L is suffering from a masochistic personality disorder? First sign of that would have been marrying the eminently-creepy late night host…

Regina (Letterman’s wife) is most hurt that the affair continued after she married Dave last March, and that Dave reportedly brought Stephanie – who’s now on paid leave from the Late Show – along on family vacations to St. Barts and Montana, sources say.

Yep, that nails it: Letterman’s creepy and his wife is masochistic.
