A Georgia funeral home is offering a New Year’s Eve “Special”: Free burial prep, casket, and limo ride to a pre-paid grave. In order to take advantage of the free offer you have to:

1) Drop by and sign a contract stating you’re planning to get high or drunk, or, in some cases, both, on New Years Eve, and,

2) Die while driving when intoxicated.

Speaking of need for new elected officials, it is excruciating to watch the video (on Drudge) of Max Baucus talking incoherently about Health Care inebriated on the Floor of the Senate (Drudge:DRUNK WITH POWER? TOP DEM SLURS ON SENATE FLOOR)…, then hear Janet Napolitano tell us we are “safe” when the Brits are saying that there may be as many as 25 MORE terrorists ready to do acts such as the recent one by the Nigerian national (who was on board without a passport)…G-d have Mercy!

Indeed. It is scary, particularly knowing that prior to becoming the secretary of Homeland security Napolitano was a Governor of Arizona. During her tenure Arizona was number 1 in the country according to the number of kidnappings and number 2 in the World. Why did Obama pick as a director of Homeland security one with the worst record? What is the real intention of this Kenyan, Indonesian communist usurper? Is it to provide security for us or to destroy our security? Judge for yourself.
Seeing targeted destruction of our economy, our security, dissipation of American jobs, massive corruption in the Government, Congress Department of Justice and Judiciary, it might be time to start rallies and protests using our second amendment right to bare arms and organise in militias.

While Taitz has been involved in filing numerous lawsuits alleging President Obama is ineligible to be President, there’s been an anonymous complaint filed against Taitz at the California State Bar. The anonymous complainant stated the complaint was “submitted anonymously due to potential retaliation”.

Here’s an excerpt from the Preface of the complaint:

“A California attorney has decided that President Obama is ineligible to be President, and has taken on the mission of removing him from office — by force, if necessary. On at least two occasions, she has openly called for armed rebellion by the military, to arrest and imprison the elected President.”

The complaint is well worth the read as it outlined Taitz’s various Birther lawsuits as well as Taitz’s “antics”.

Kudos to Matt Lauer who, this morning on The Today Show grilled Napolitano over the remark she made during the Sunday morning news shows where Napolitano claimed the “system worked”. When Lauer stated the obvious, that the system “failed miserably”, Napolitano agreed.

As we pointed out yesterday, the one entity who “failed to work” was the federal government, i.e, Homeland Security who is in charge of airline safety, and therefore, should be held responsible for the system “failure” that occurred Christmas when Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab tried to blow up the passengers and crew of Flight 523.

Janet Napolitano Claims ‘System Worked’, Attempts Damage Control over Flight 523 Bombing

The Daily Mail has exclusive photos of Crocodile Dundee actor Paul Hogan and his wife Linda Kozlowski which show why some celebrities aren’t too thrilled to get caught on film when enjoying themselves on vacation.

Judging from the Mail’s comment section, it’s Linda who, at age 51, has shocked the crowd more than Paul who, at age 70, looks more like a grandpa than the former rugged Aussie hero.

Got to love Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano’s Amazing Kreskin attempt at damage control over the Delta Flight 253 bombing incident that occurred Christmas day. According to Napolitano, the “system worked” after a passenger ignited a bomb that failed to fully explode and passengers were able to contain him and the fire that erupted on the plane just prior to landing at Detroit.

Apparently for Napolitano, the same “system worked” again, after a new incident occurred today at the same airport, same airline, same flight number, same country origin of the passenger who exhibited the same “behavior” as Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. Luckily, this time, no bomb incident occurred:

A disruptive Nigerian passenger caused the pilot of the same Amsterdam-to-Detroit flight targeted by a Nigerian bomber Christmas Day to declare an emergency Sunday.

Delta/Northwest Airlines flight 253 landed safely in Detroit at 12:34 p.m. and was shunted to a remote part of the tarmac, where it was being held as officials investigated.

CNN reported a passenger spent nearly an hour in the bathroom, then emerged “unruly” and “verbally disruptive.”

This morning on CNN Napolitano stated that the “system worked”, the “system”, according to Napolitano, the passengers and crew!

What Napolitano failed to mention was that the one entity that didn’t “play a role” was the federal government, who failed to check their own “terrorist watch list” where Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had been listed for two years. Apparently the Brits found Abdulmutallab “dangerous” as they barred him returning to their country earlier this year.

There’s also the “hour to ninety minute factor” which meant that planes in the air weren’t notified for up to an and hour and a half after the failed bombing on Flight 523 occurred. Ninety minutes is an incredibly long period of time to be “flying blind” where one or more terrorist passengers on the 128 flights could have slipped through the federal government’s “highly successful” system.

Perhaps Napolitano and those assigned to damage control in the federal government could hone their “hypnotic” addressing the public people skills with the following “creepy” video from the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney Australia.

There is hope that Americans are not totally economically illiterate, despite the best efforts of the New York Times’ Paul Krugman. Acording to Rasmussen, for the first time, a plurality of Americans believe the stimulus bill hurt the economy.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 30% of voters nationwide believe the $787-billion economic stimulus plan has helped the economy. However, 38% believe that the stimulus plan has hurt the economy. This is the first time since the legislation passed that a plurality has held a negative view of its impact.

The number who believe that the stimulus plan has hurt the economy rose from 28% in September, to 31% in October, and 34% in November before jumping to 38% this month. The week after the president signed the bill, 34% said it would help the economy, while 32% said it would hurt.

The Political Class has a much different view than the rest of the county. Ninety percent (90%) of the Political Class believes the stimulus plan helped the economy and not a single Political Class respondent says it has hurt. (See more on the Political Class).

Those rubes who believed in the hopeychangey thing that’s going on now? No wonder the country’s in the shape it’s in.

Outside the political class, who are those 30% who believed the stimulus helped? Mark them down as those Americans unfortunate enough to get their “news” from the decrepit Mouthpiece Media. If your source of economic wisdom is coming from Paul Krugman, you probably think the stimulus was a bang-up idea and–HEY!, let’s order another round!

Demi Moore Photo Obviously Not from Fashion Photo Shoot

Demi Moore has unleashed her “pit bull” attorney against the fashion photographer who claimed Moore’s W Magazine November front page cover shot had been “clumsily retouched” leaving Moore without a portion of her left hip.

In November, fashion photographer Anthony Citrano complained that a portion of Moore’s left hip appeared to have been digitally erased on the cover.

“Did she have some sort of weird car accident that left a wedge of meat missing from it? The fabric even magically floats above the missing thigh,” Citrano wrote.

Citrano received a letter from Marty Singer, Moore’s attorney, who demanded a public apology and retraction due to Moore’s “appearance” being of “great importance” to her “career and livelihood”.

Citrano refused to comply, posting Singer’s letter as well as Citrano’s response:

“Ms. Moore’s implication that her image went straight from camera to cover is incredible, whether she believes it or not. Simply put, this never happens.”

One wonders if Moore has taken the same tact with the Daily Mail, who published on September 1, Eternally youthful Demi Moore, 46, denies having ANY plastic surgery, where the Mail went into detail on Moore’s prior plastic surgery and the “at least £200,000 remodelling her face and body prior to her comeback role in the 2003 film Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle”.

Or, the site, CelebrityPlasticpics.com, with its claim that Moore spent over $200,000 on plastic surgery and posted several photos of Moore’s “varying” breast sizes in relation to the site’s claim of Moore’s breast augmentation procedures.
