Lost City of Atlantis Found Beneath Caribbean Sea?
An intriguing story from the Daily Mail…
Not only are the photos intriguing, so is the story behind the photos. According to the Daily Mail, an anonymous source claiming to be “underwater archeologists”, released the photos to the French press, claiming the images are undersea ruins of an ancient city that may pre-date the pyramids. The group won’t release the location and hope to raise funds for further exploration.
Mondo: Historians, researchers and treasure-hunters have searched for the location of Atlantis for years.
Atlantis’ location has been speculated to have been a number of places: the island of Crete; somewhere in the western Mediterranean Sea; off the coast of Turkey; somewhere in the Black Sea; and, now, off the coast of the Americas.
