Frog in the Pepsi Can Update: FDA Finds 13 Reports of Objects in Pepsi Cans Since 2007

Wonder if Cindy Crawford is still “dying for a Pepsi”?

When Fred Denegri opened a can of Diet Pepsi back in July, he tasted “something foul” after taking just “one swig”. After Fred and his wife Amy tried to dump out the contents of the can they discovered what they thought was a mouse. The couple contacted the FDA, which after analysis, found a frog or toad nearly 5 inches long. The FDA also found during their investigation that the Denegris hadn’t tampered with the can, and where Pepsi had received since 2007, 13 complaints of “objects” in cans.

While the Denegris feel vindicated over false claims that they had put the frog in the can, and have no plans to sue, the couple said they’re still waiting for an apology from Pepsi.

What you do is threaten to sue and publish unless they apologize to you. Other-wise, why should they apologize?
