SPC Julian L. Berisford, R.I.P.

Flags across the entire state of West Virginia were flown at half-mast on Monday, November 16, in remembrance of SPC Julian L. Berisford, 25, Moundsville, WV. Spc. Berisford was killed while serving in Afghanistan.

Berisford left behind a wife and infant daughter and a nation grateful for his service.
