Elk City’s Danish Windmill Museum

For those traveling in their electric car between Chicago and Denver there’s good news: Four electric vehicle charging stations have opened in Elk Horn, Iowa on Interstate 80, the site of the Danish Windmill Museum. The bad news: charging a car can take up to seven hours while Elk Horn is the only place to charge your car between Chicago and Denver on I80.
