Reynolds is a law professor, but, no doubt he would have made a grand prosecutor. When it came to the Ft. Hood shooter, the Dept. of Homeland Security provided NO security to those at Ft. Hood–despite so many red flags it could have been mistaken for a matador’s convention. The DHS is a Department and it is located in our Homeland. So, I’m guessing 2 out of 3 ain’t bad…

Maybe they should start calling it the Dept. of Homeland Insecurity?
