Remember Obama’s Cairo apologia? He’d probably you just as soon forget what he said back in early June.
“The attacks of September 11th, 2001 and the continued efforts of these extremists to engage in violence against civilians has led some in my country to view Islam as inevitably hostile not only to America and Western countries, but also to human rights. This has bred more fear and mistrust.”
Seems the problem was that the “fear and mistrust” wasn’t bred in the right places; such as would have prevented this preventable act of terror.
Huffington Post’s Annelle Sheline said the speech was “a hit”. One supposes that Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan wasn’t one of those who characterized our president’s speech as such.
Expect more examples of bruised Muslim feelings, both real and imagined, being aired, as the media digs deep in an attempt to justify its defense of the Politically Correct Bull Sh*t that substituted for judgment by those in command of our troops.
However, as PCBS has claimed more victims–this time at Ft Hood–the natives are getting more restless.
Americans are getting a bit tired of seeing more official concern over imagined Islamophobia than real dead soldiers. It’s been an almost endless prattle to the cattle about the multiculturally-diverse wonderland the USA will become–if only the rubes will lay aside our “fear and mistrust”.
What’s a few dead soldiers against the promise of the Great Rich Tapestry of Society?
Are Ft. Hood’s dead to be considered the eggs that are necessarily broken to get our Great Diverse Omelet?
