Michigan Court: OK for Police Drug Dogs to Sniff Around Your Home(3)
The Michigan Court of Appeals, last week in a 2-1 decision, ruled that’s it’s okay for Michigan police to bring drug dogs onto a person’s property–even up to the house on a porch–and “sniff around” to try and get enough evidence to obtain a warrant. The Founding Fathers fought a revolution over less.
