Siberia Woolly Mammoth Video: Woolly Mammoth to Join Lazarus Species List?

[Photo-Image: Siberia 'Woolly Mammoth' filmed during the summer of 2011 in the Chukota Autonomous Okrug Region]
Update, February 14, 2012: The Siberia Woolly Mammoth video has been thoroughly debunked by the guy who shot the original footage, Lou Petho.
In the scientific world there’s still a debate on the exact date when woolly mammoths went extinct with some estimates as late as 1700 BC on Russia’s Wrangel Island, north of Siberia in the Arctic Ocean.
Posted below the video of the live ‘woolly mammoth’ purportedly filmed ‘last summer’ in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug region of Siberia. The video didn’t surface until February 2012. According to The Sun exclusive “Its hair matches samples recovered from mammoth remains regularly dug up from the permafrost in frozen Russia”. Missing from the report the name of the scientific outfit who made the woolly mammoth hair match, and, the name of the “government-employed engineer” who shot the video. One could argue there’s a need for secrecy, giving an exact location would lead to a massive live woolly mammoth hunt by unscrupulous individuals. If a live woolly mammoth is discovered the woolly mammoth will be added to the list of Lazarus species, species which scientists believed were extinct, some species, extinct for “millions of years”. So far there’s an astounding 14 species on the list.
Meanwhile, in the Russia Chelyabinsk region reporters continue to hunt for a UFO and mysterious lights witnessed by residents of the Southern Ural village of Ashirov. Link to Russia X-Files: Reporters, Cops Discover Dead Hares After Witnessing Mystery Light.
