Demon Behind the Sofa Photo, Pareidolia?

Our historical journey of spirit possession takes us back to the beginning of civilization. All forms of sickness, both physical and psychological, were attributed to possessing spirits in ancient Mesopotamia. The number of possessing spirits and demons awaiting to attach to a person were so great it lead to a fear described as “one of the most important factors in the daily life of a Babylonian [Sargant, p.59, 1973].”
The History & Psychology of Possession
In an earlier post we wrote about a fascinating claim of Multidimensional Alien Images Embedded in Ice Crystals. This week a ‘paranormal’ photo–Demon behind the Sofa–has gone viral on Twitter and Facebook. According to a report from the Daily Mail there’s no source for the photo, not good news in regards to authentication.
Did you spot the ‘demon’?
Here’s a hint: ‘Demon behind the cushion’.
Is there a demon in the photo or is this a case of Pareidolia?
“Pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant. Common examples include seeing images of animals or faces in clouds, the man in the moon or the Moon rabbit, and hearing hidden messages on records played in reverse. The word comes from the Greek para- – “beside”, “with”, or “alongside”—meaning, in this context, something faulty or wrong (as in paraphasia, disordered speech) and eid?lon – “image”; the diminutive of eidos – “image”, “form”, “shape”. Pareidolia is a type of apophenia.”

Joe Martinez from Aurora Colorado believes the above photo taken at a wedding anniversary reception reveals a demon looking over Joe’s shoulder. According to one photo expert the photo, taken in 1999, shows no evidence of tampering. Joe’s wife Patty Martinez said she thought ‘it was Satan’.
Another hint: ‘Demon behind the cushion that’s not on the sofa.’
Is this a Real Demon or Ghost caught on Camera???

Me and my girlfriend Debs went to the Museum Of Welsh Life last Sunday. I loved it there, its obviously, hence the name, a museum of welsh life throughout history, probably back to the past 1000 years or so right up until the present.
A few weeks before hand Debs had told me of a painting or photo in one of the old houses there of an old women, she said it creeped her out, the building was a house to represent the time period of around the mid 1800s, and the painting was also around the same age, although I can not be 100% sure on that.
I say painting or photo because to be honest I can not remember what it was, and in my photo its hard to tell, I should have paid more attention while I was there. But I think its a painting. It obviously in a frame with a glass pane.
When we got to the house in question, she showed me the painting on the wall, and it was indeed a very creepy painting/photo, the women looks very sinister. I took 3 photos of it, today I was sorting out all my photos and came across on the first one a strange image, to me it looks like a goat with slightly red eyes, you can even see the lips and mouth of it. I have highlighted the image for you to see.
I do not know the history of the painting, I wish I did, when I go back I would like to find out if possible.
I am not by any means saying this is supernatural or demonic, it could just be a freak reflection that just happens to look like a goat.
It could very well be Pareidoliahttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareidolia
I would also like to add that I do not believe in Satan, or the goats so called connection to evil.
In case you still haven’t seen the ‘demon’, our final ‘hint’:
