It’s season three of Real Housewives of Atlanta, the first episode, NeNe Leakes mad at Dwight Eubanks for talking about NeNe’s ‘business behind her back’. Kim Zolciak telling NeNe, Dwight was going around telling people NeNe’s husband Greg borrowed $10,000 from Dwight. NeNe’s hyper-confrontation with Dwight at a new shoe design party. NeNe’s claim new cast member Phaedra Parks didn’t belong at the party cause Phaedra, a high-powered entertainment attorney wasn’t Atlanta ‘royalty’ like NeNe, Sheree Whitfield, and Kim.
Bravo’s promos for the next episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes son gets arrested. The internet a time travel machine to go back and find the date when NeNe’s son was arrested and why? What’s occurred since NeNe’s son was arrested. According to People Magazine, NeNe’s 20-yr-old son Bryson Bryant was arrested on March 7 on a minor charge of marijuana possession which means a Bravo production company was filming season three in March.
On March 31, the report from the New York Daily News Bryson was arrested ‘on a charge stemming from an earlier arrest for possession of a controlled substance and carrying a weapon while at Gwinnett County Jail’:
Leakes’ eldest son, Bryson Bryant, was arrested Tuesday on a charge stemming from an earlier arrest for possession of a controlled substance and carrying a weapon while at Gwinnett County Jail, the Daily News has learned.
He posted a $5,700 bond and was reportedly released from a Gwinnett County Detention Center in Atlanta at 3:35 a.m.
This marks the second arrest for Bryant, who has appeared on several “Housewives” episodes alongside his mother.
While the New York Daily News article reported Bryson was busted on March 7 while visiting an inmate at the Gwinnett County Detention Center after the discovery Bryson had an outstanding warrant for a traffic violation then searched, the discovery of a small amount of pot in his possession, the Daily News didn’t report any further info on the ‘carrying a weapon’ charge. The Daily News reported Bryson turned himself in.
A curious lapse of reporting as the Daily News reported:
According to a law enforcement official, Bryant was visiting a jail inmate on March 7 when deputies learned that he had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear on a traffic charge.
“When he was arrested, deputies discovered a small amount of marijuana on him,” the official said. “He was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.”
Bryant also should have been charged with crossing a guard line while in possession of drugs, however there was apparently a miscommunication between a deputy and a supervisor regarding that matter.
So where did the ‘possession of weapon charge’ come from if, according to the report, only a small amount of pot was discovered? The report from Radar which didn’t mention a possession of weapon charge.
What happened after Bryson’s arrest? We have no clue as there’s been no mention–on the web–of Bryson appearing in court, a court date, or whether Bryson plead guilty or not guilty.
On March 12, the report from TMZ ‘Atlanta Housewife’ Walks Out on FOX Show:
The “Real Housewife of Atlanta” star was supposed to be a guest on FOX 5′s “Good Day New York” to talk about her new book, “Never Make the Same Mistake Twice.” Sources on the set tell TMZ that she realized it was a FOX show just a few minutes before her appearance.
She bailed, according to witnesses, telling people she hates the network. We’re told it might have something to do with a FOX Atlanta report that didn’t paint NeNe and her husband in a very positive light.
The TMZ report sparked our interest, what was the report from FOX Atlanta that pissed NeNe off? What part of ‘FOX 5” did NeNe Leakes not realize until just before her appearance, FOX 5 was part of FOX News?
On March 10, FOX Atlanta reported NeNe’s son was arrested for possession of marijuana while visiting an inmate at the Gwinnett County Correction Center.
On December 9, 2008, the FOX Atlanta I-Team report on Real Housewives of Atlanta which focused on NeNe and Greg Leakes.

‘Real estate records show NeNe and Greg Leakes don’t own this luxury home–reporter points to NeNe’s house–in fact they don’t even live here anymore. The reality is this, that Greg Leakes owes a lot of people, a lot of money.”
Bet this was the FOX interview that infuriated NeNe Leakes!

“Their TV home on the reality show was really a rental and according to court records the judge ordered their eviction on October 13th for not paying rent. Late today a lawyer for the Leakes said the court set aside the writ of possession and dismissed the case but there’s more money problems, a whopping $100,000 in tax liens against Mr. Leakes for unpaid taxes.”

Not surprising NeNe’s son was arrested. Look what he has for a mom. On “Look What Happens” I thought her boobs were going to pop out of her bandage. Ladies, PLEASE don’t show so much. Its not setting a good example for the Black communities. You don’t have to show all your cookies. She was TRASHY!!! and looked NASTY!!! Not all sisters bath in grease.
