The following video is highly informative of the type of “tolerance” Mayor Bloomberg called for when defending the construction of the Ground Zero mosque, the browbeating of an 82-yr-old Holocaust survivor who was at a protest rally which opposed building the Ground Zero mosque.

When the man attacking the Holocaust survivor asked how old he was–the Holocaust survivor said he was 82-yrs-old–the man said, “Thomas Jefferson was half your age, George Washington would be ashamed of you!”
“You obviously didn’t learn your lesson from the Holocaust!”

A rant which seems to parrot Mayor a line from Mayor Bloomberg’s iftar dinner speech at Gracie Mansion:
“We would send a signal around the world that Muslim-Americans may be equal in the eyes of the law, but separate in the eyes of their countrymen.”
He added, “And we would hand a valuable propaganda tool to terrorist recruiters who spread the fallacy that America is at war with Islam.”

We find it highly ironic Mayor Bloomberg, in his overwrought defense of the development plans to build a center with a mosque near Ground Zero during an iftar dinner at the Gracie Manson, stated not building the mosque would be a “propaganda tool for terrorist recruiters”. The reason why: On May 1st, Pakistani Muslim Faisal Shahzad, a naturalized American citizen who worked in the U.S. as a financial analyst and earned degrees at an American university tried to detonate a car bomb in Times Square. On May 1st there were 17 mosques in Manhattan, and, eighty-three mosques in New York City, a total of a hundred mosques. There’s also a mosque located in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the location of Shahzad’s residence.
We wondered, why didn’t the 17 mosques located in Manhattan fail to deter Faisal Shahzad from attempting to car bomb Times Square? How many mosques would it take to appease the terrorists? Since the presence of 100 mosques in New York City failed to sway a Muslim terrorist, can Mayor Bloomberg guarantee building the Ground Zero mosque is THE MOSQUE which will stop Muslim terrorists from trying to attack New York City?
The video of the liberal nutjob verbally attacking an eighty-two year old Holocaust survivor, telling the Holocaust survivor, he “obviously didn’t learn his lesson”. Mayor Bloomberg, implying not building the Ground Zero mosque would be a “valuable propaganda tool to terrorist recruiters”. The pro-mosque supporter telling the Holocaust survivor, not building the mosque “are helping the terrorists”. Examples, we believe, which seem to relate to the lessons of the past related to Hitler and the various forms of appeasement prior to World War II. Message to Bloomberg: The hundred mosques in New York City failed to appease the terrorists.
Building the Ground Zero mosque has become Bloomberg’s litmus test, the Bloomberg Tolerance Litmus Test. The liberal screaming at an 82-yr-old Holocaust survivor, one of the results of how tolerant Bloomberg and supporters of the Ground Zero mosque are of those who oppose the mosque.
Another litmus test related to Bloomberg, another reason why Bloomberg’s wrapped himself in the American Constitution, his support of the Ground Zero mosque, based on good-old fashioned American capitalism, Bloomberg’s financial ties to Dubai and the Middle East.

Call us cynical but we wonder whether Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s passionate backing of the building of a controversial mosque near Ground Zero stems as much from Bloomberg’s belief in America’s “freedom of faith” as from Bloomberg’s belief in the “virtues of Islamic finance?”
Does the Mayor’s unshakable support have anything to do with The Bloomberg (company) becoming a ‘single provider of information that caters to the Islamic business market’? The Bloomberg five-year business plan calls for an Islamic finance portal via a Bloomberg hub at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

This is a staged set up by the right wing bigots to make the “mosque” supporters look bad. It was filmed too. The old man was obviously full of shit, I do not believe he was a holocaust survivor. He was paid to be on film by the bigots to make our cause look bad.
