According to CNN, the White House is in a party mood after today’s Arizona Immigration law ruling by U.S. District Susan Bolton with the White House “stopping just short of celebrating”.

Washington (CNN) – In a telephone call with White House Counsel Bob Bauer, President Obama was briefed aboard Air Force One about a federal judge’s decision to block key parts of Arizona’s new immigration law from going into effect as he headed to New Jersey for remarks on the economy, according to a senior administration official.
The official told CNN that while the administration views the ruling as a positive step but is stopping short of celebrations because officials are still “sorting out what it all means” as the Justice Department anticipates a quick legal appeal by the state of Arizona.
Based on the over 39,000 comments posted on today’s AP reported of U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton’s Arizona immigration law ruling, a large majority of Americans are not in the partying mood and are super-pissed at US District Judge Susan Bolton, Bolton’s Arizona Immigration law ruling, and, President Obama.
I first learned of U.S. Federal Judge Susan Bolton’s ruling on the Arizona immigration law when I clicked on Yahoo’s home page earlier today. Yahoo posted the AP report as their lead news story on the Yahoo page with the headline, Judge blocks parts of Arizona immigration law.
When I first saw the story I noted there were over 29,000 comments with a less than one percent of the comments in favor of Susan Boltons’ ruling. According to the AP report, Bolton’s measure “defused a confrontation between police and activists that had been brewing for months”. One can only wonder if the number of activists set to protest matched the number of comments on the AP report, comments which included American citizens who were upset they were expected to obey “all the laws”, a federal judge who “usurped the will of millions of good Arizona people”, the federal ruling was a preliminary action toward amnesty. In the thousands of comments people expressed their anger towards U.S. District Federal Judge Susan Bolton and Obama. Many of the comments included “just wait until the November election” with today’s ruling, July 28, 2010, a potential future milestone in the upcoming November elections, the furious comments a potential future harbinger of what may unfold in the 2012 presidential election.
That pisses me off too.

U.S. district Judge Susan Bolton has just shown us that even the judicial branch is not interested in what is legal but just what is politically correct. Too bad judges do not have to be elected so we could get rid of this one.

It seems to me that a US Federal Judge, who takes American law, and interprets it to fit illegal foreign nationals is acting in a way deserving of far more than our contempt. When the judiciary starts telling we, the electorate, what we can & cannot do, it’s time to re-visit the number and quality of “judges” in our great Republic.

Her political career just came to an end. She is not AMERICAN and sure as the devil do not care about the welfare and safety of the American tax payers.

Doesn’t Judge Bolton know that Gov. Brewer is trying to keep AMERICA for AMERICANS? (legal AMERICANS that is!) Since the national immigration system isn’t stopping the problem, which I feel also should be the “top dog”, states should be allowed to do something about their problems, especially when illegals are taking jobs from AMERICANS!
The way I feel is that if this bothers our relations with Mexico they can just take ALL of their illegals back!!!
Judge Bolton, can you explain to me why legal AMERICANS must pay for the education and health care for those who are in our GREAT COUNTRY illegaly?

Judge Susan Bolton just committed career suicide! The audacity of a known Clinton Appointee to go against the will of the people, not to mention overriding Constitutional Law, just boggles the mind!
In the end, this case ruling, which is already being appealed to a much higher and ‘qualified’ authority, will be overturned!
I read the law SB1070, and it does Absolutely Nothing to circumvent federal law on the books.
Her decision is not only politically motivated, but make no mistake, the timing of her ruling was a calculated move, designed to merely satisfied the radical Left-Wing Administration in power (for now) using the leverage they so cavalierly use daily!
Remember this travesty come November people!
Let’s hope the Supreme Court has more common sense and a spine to overturn this very bad ruling.

thank god Judge Bolton has the backbone to do what is right. This law is unjust and has already created HATE! Over 60% of the population believes illegals that have no criminal record should be able to stay. Thank god she lives justice and adheres to the constitution and what our forefathers wanted for us.

Wrong! Her decison is absolutely wrong. By definition those who enter this country illegally are criminals. It is beyond belief to think police officers shouldn’t have the authority to ask someone if they are in compliance with American law. The enablers such as yourself care about criminals more that law biding citizens. Bolton is wrong and she will be over turned.

Does anyone have Judge Whore Bolton’s email address? She, Obama and Holder should be tried for Treason, convicted and shot. The first and foremost responsibility of any government is TO PROTECT IT’S CITIZENS. These people are aiding the illegal invasion of our country and should be ajudicated accordingly.

I want AZ Governor Jan Brewer to show papers to prove she’s a human being. I think it was FOX that did a show on extraterrestrials that live among us, and Governor Brewer does resemble some alien from a B Movie, “Invasion of the Brain Snatchers”, right? I’ve have my suspicions about people like Jan Brewer, Mitch McConnell and Karl Rove because of their lack of human qualities.
As far as the immigration issue goes… Republicans never made a big deal about immigration enforcement during Bush/Cheney but NOW all conservative hell is breaking loose… even though the Obama Administration is deporting MORE illegal’s than Bush ever did. On 7-28-10 I was watching Republicans on Morning Joe (MSNBC) preach about being ADULTS when it comes to our economic meltdown. I say BS! The real ADULTS are trying to demand accountability from those who got us in this financial mess. Republicans want to shift the burden of responsibility on Teachers unions and others in the American working class.
I wonder if the spoiled Silver Spoons on Morning Joe knew how much they hurt Democrats, Progressives, Liberals when they didn’t challenge NJ Gov. Christie. NOW all over the internet the Conservative wacko groupies are swooning all over Christie like he was a rock star. You people are absolutely insane. The judge did not overturn anything in the law. All she did was delay certain parts of the bills passage until the court had a chance to analyze and issue a decision. Both sides have valid points in this case, and I’m happy to see the justice department wants a fair and balanced opportunity to evaluate the law.
In the case that certain parts of this bill will be overturned — which is likely — you should place blame on the law makers, not the judges. It is up to the law makers to write bills that are constitutional…not the judges. There were plenty of legal ways to write this bill — but law makers didn’t do that…it’s their fault…not her fault.

“House Bill 2013” and “SB1070”

We are a country that is ruled by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, not by the majority of the day. When you do not know the principles in these documents, therein lays the problem in losing when you are challenged in court.
This month of July 2010, our U.S. Federal courts have found the so called State of Arizona hate filled legislation namely “House Bill 2013” and “SB1070” Un-constitution (So much for the intellect of Jan Brewer, “Did you read the bills you signed?”). But we all know that they will go crying to the Supreme Court of the United States, please, please, please go. We will fight you in Arizona, any other state, and yes in Washington DC. We will not tire, we will not be silent and we will persevere, I promise you.
In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs and hate on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.
It’s all about politics: Jan Brewer you were never elected to be Governor, but you have no problem trying to get elected on the back of undocumented workers, you loser (sure you may win but the long-term effects to your so called State is just beginning). Lets face it, no one can real believe anything that comes out of Brewer’s mouth, in an interview, this year, in an attempt to gain sympathy, she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (which ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. But we are suppose to believe everything else she says, right!

Wrong Court Ruled on Arizona Law
In a stunning development that could potentially send the nation into a Constitutional crisis, an astute attorney who is well-versed in Constitutional law states that the ruling against the State of Arizona by Judge Susan Bolton concerning its new immigration law is illegal.
The attorney in question submitted her assertion in a special article in the Canada Free Press. Her argument states in part, “Does anyone read the US. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder.
But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.
“Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says: “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction.”
In other words, the Judge in the Arizona case has absolutely no Constitutional jurisdiction over the matter upon which she ruled. As the Constitution makes abundantly clear, only the U.S. Supreme Court can issue rulings that involve a state. This means that neither Judge Bolton nor the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco , to which the case is being appealed, have any legal standing whatsoever to rule on the issue. Thus, U.S. Attorney-General Eric Holder filed the federal government’s lawsuit against the state of Arizona in a court that has no authority to hear the case.
In a related development, another explosive discovery was made by those who actually take the Constitution seriously. The Constitution specifically allows an individual state to wage war against a neighboring country in the event of an invasion, should there be a dangerous delay or inaction on the part of the federal government.
From Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, we find these words: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”
No one who is actually familiar with the crisis at the southern border can deny that Arizona is endangered by the relentless assault of lawless Mexican invaders who ignore our laws, inundate our schools and medical facilities with unpaid bills, and even endanger the very lives of citizens with criminal drug cartels that engage in kidnapping, murder, human trafficking, and other mayhem, including aiming missile and grenade launchers directly at U.S. border cities from just across the Mexican border. This is every bit as much of an invasion as the nation of Iran sending in a fleet of warships to the Port of Charleston.
The Constitution that forms the basis of the rule of law in this country says that Arizona has legal right to protect itself in the case of inaction or delay on the part of the federal government, including waging war in its self-defense.
This, when coupled with the clear Constitutional mandate that only the Supreme Court hear cases involving the states, should be ample legal basis for attorneys representing Arizona to go after the federal government with a vengeance.
Governor Jan Brewer and the stalwart members of the Arizona legislature have ample legal reason to stand firm against the illegal bullying of an arrogant, lawless federal government. And there are established procedures by which Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton can be removed from her position as a result of her violating her oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution for the United States of America ..
