There’s internet rumors producers of ABC’s The Bachelorette: Ali have filmed two separate Final Rose episodes in an attempt to foil spoiler pest Reality Steve.
August 2nd ABC’s The Bachelorette will air the Final Rose episode, the climatic episode where Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky will either choose her true love or decide to stay single. August 2nd might also be the date ABC gets revenge on their spoiler nemesis, Reality Steve. Reality Steve has been a constant thorn in ABC’s side, revealing The Bachelor and Bachelorette spoilers with deadly accuracy. Back in May, Reality Steve posted spoilers for The Bachelorette: Ali, which, so far, have been spot on. In an update on Reality Steve’s June 21st post, Reality Steve reported:
Update #2 on the finale you can find in the 6/21 post: “…I have a new update. Now I have absolute 100% confirmation that Ali is single. She chose no one. Don’t know who came out of the limo first, don’t know if either of the guys proposed, don’t know what she said to them. All I know is Ali did not choose either Roberto or Chris and is single. I knew my sources would come through for me. So whatever you hear over the next six weeks in regards to rumors she might be with one of them, don’t listen to it. Can’t make it any clearer. Ali is single. And no, just because Jake is single now does not mean he and Ali are gonna end up together. That’ll happen around never. Already people are speculating he’ll try and get her back or something ridiculous. I’m telling you, it’s not gonna happen so don’t bother hoping it will…”
In a recent Us Weekly article, Us Weekly reported Ali Fedotowsky is engaged.
Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky may have hinted that she ends up alone, but the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands today) confirms there’s a proposal on the finale — and she accepts!
In fact, the former Facebook ad sales rep, 25, is planning a West Coast wedding in early 2011. Pick up the new issue of Us Weekly to find out who her lucky guy is!
Us Weekly based their claim Ali is engaged and planning a West Coast wedding on “sources” close to Ali.

As recently revealed by Us Weekly, the Bachelorette star winds up with a fiance and a ring on her finger on the ABC show’s Aug. 2 finale, with an early 2011 wedding in the works.
Over at Gina Garbone + Stories, (a nifty blog for reality tv fans), Gina did some detective work and found some interesting ABC-Reality Steve conspiracy theories posted by fans including the rumor ABC filmed two Final Rose episode endings. Here’s some of what Gina wrote about the ABC-Reality Steve intrigue:
The plot thickens. And I like it.
This is what I miss: Not being sure what will happen next on “The Bachelorette.”
True, Reality Steve’s sources have been airtight since Jason Mesnick’s debacle on “The Bachelor” and he has insisted that Ali Fedotowsky is single, after picking neither Chris Lambton nor Roberto Martinez.
But it’s not only exciting to think that someone has figured out how to deceive Steve, and possibly his sources, it’s about bloody time.
I feel like all of the spoiler fans are (possibly) being played by Mike Fleiss, who is creepy but not a fool. He has been giving us a strong Ali Picks No One edit. Why would they lay it on so thick for us unless it’s all a red herring?
I know, I know. Wishful thinking. Rose-colored glasses. Cynicism fatigue. Etcetera. But I’m not alone.
Gina, you’re not alone. The plot has definitely thickened with the intrigue far more interesting, in my opinion, than who Ali decides to give the final rose, Chris Lambton or Roberto Martinez. If she does. Which is interesting too, but not in a plot worthy way. The alleged plot, if it does unfold on August 2nd during ABC primetime, contains elements of ABC producers getting revenge against their spoiler bête noire, Reality Steve. Elements which would include a season long setting up of Reality Steve. If Ali opts to keep the final rose and remains single, Reality Steve will prevail as ABC’s The Bachelor, Bachelorette Spoiler King.
