While Obama Readies Arizona Suit, Another War Brews on the Border
President abdicates responsibility to defend Americans as Acts of War on the Southern Border increase
The federal government has refused to defend the Southern border. Worse still, this administration readies a federal lawsuit against Arizona for stepping in to defend its citizens. Meanwhile, acts of war increase in Arizona. Mr. President, do your job.
First, two headlines:

What the Hell does that mean and why is it being allowed to happen? The citizens of Arizona have to do the job that the federal government is responsible for? And then the talk lately of “vigilante justice” or just plain “vigilantes” which is absolutely sickening. These aren’t vigilantes, they are patriots. Citizens protecting themselves from an invasion by a foreign country.
The citizens of Arizona have had enough. YOU’D BETTER START LISTENING UP OBAMA or you’re going to find yourself in a position that will make the oil spill and all of your other self-inflicted problems combined look like a Sunday afternoon Girl Scout picnic. You have aroused the ire of the citizens of this country and especially the citizens of Arizona and the other border states with your ignorance, arrogance and incompetence. Study your history. The American people will NOT put up with much more of your inaction, appeasement, socialist agenda and disdain for the people of this great country.
You have insulted our allies, bowed to despots (and mayors) and more importantly, you have insulted the people YOU SWORE TO PROTECT. You are guilty of dereliction of duty and interference in an individual states affairs by taking an AMERICAN STATE to court over a law that YOU SWORE TO UPHOLD.
The office you hold is not yours to use to force ANY state or individual to bow to your whim. You are nothing more than a childish, self serving, selfish, self styled tin horn “dictator” and the American people threw off MUCH better than you two hundred thirty-some years ago.
Your arrogance and ignorance of the will of the people is arousing a rebellion the likes of which you will not want to experience. Your ignorance of American history blinds you to what the people are capable of when pushed too far. You have put this country in a tenuous, dangerous position globally, making us weaker by ignoring the problems that face us.
The problems that relate to our safety and security, not to mention the environmental damage you claim to be so sensitive to, along with demonizing the citizens of this country who, by YOUR incompetence and inability to deal with the very real problems on our southern border, have been forced into taking the situation into their own hands.
Should the blood of just one more patriot defending his home or his state such as Arizona rancher Robert Krentz who was murdered at the hands of this scum on his own property without even being able to defend himself, or one law enforcement officer be shed, YOU will be held responsible. You are already responsible for Robert Krentz murder. His blood is on your hands as will the blood of other American citizens be.
Mexican gangs with lookout posts IN ARIZONA??? Mexican snipers?? What in Hell is the matter with you? Are you so intent on “fundamentally transforming” this country that you will allow this? An ARMED incursion across our southern border and death threats to law enforcement and YOU ALLOW THIS???
If so, then you are a traitor in the purest sense of the word and should be treated as such. You are in direct violation of the Constitution by denying the citizens of Arizona the right to “be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects” as outlined in the Fourth Amendment, in addition to your failure to respect Article IV Sec.4 of the Constitution regarding the “guarantee to EVERY (individual) state a republican form of government and shall protect each of them (including Arizona) against INVASION”.
AND your failure “To provide for the calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and REPEL INVASIONS” (Article 1 Sec. 8 of the Constitution)
You are also in violation of Article III Sec. 3 of the Constitution in that, by allowing these outposts to exist you are indirectly giving “Aid and Comfort” to an invading force, the enemy. You have, at the very least, allowed a potential state of war to exist on our own sovereign soil and have done nothing to defend or support those in the line of fire. Abandonment and persecution of the people you were sworn to protect makes “Traitor” seems appropriate.
I must add, you are not only a traitor but a seditionist as well. That you are IN FACT, guilty of “overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that is deemed by the legal authority as tending toward insurrection against the established order” We The People being the legal authority and states rights being the “established order”.
“Subversion of a constitution” and “incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority” which you have done by demonizing the people of and filing suit against, the state of Arizona. You have, in fact, created a “commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws” (of the state of Arizona) all of which are part of the very definition of sedition. You have, in essence, declared war on one of our own states by these actions and you WILL be held accountable.
Do you know what THIS is, Obama?
Probably not. Let me educate you. This is an A-10 Warthog close air support WAR plane. It has a REALLY big gun and is designed to administer death and destruction on a monumental scale. Just ONE of the weapons you have in your arsenal. You have a LOT of these.
In the very capable hands of one of the warriors you seem to despise, this invasion of our country, the “permanent” Mexican gang “lookout” positions could become not so “permanent” in just one pass. The only thing permanent about their lookout positions would be that they would stay out of here permanently if they knew that encountering one of these was their fate.
Redeem yourself. Defend this country. Respect its citizens. Get off the golf course. Quit brown nosing rock stars. Quit spending money WE DON’T HAVE. Quit trying to impress every lowlife dictator and despot by apologizing and showing your ignorance and subservience by bowing and scraping and concentrate on serving THIS country. Apologize to the citizens of THIS country for your despicable behavior if you feel the need to apologize to someone.
Park Air Force One for awhile. MEchelle can wait awhile for her next date night.
With any luck, the country will still be functional, the opera, the restaurants and golf courses will still be there, maybe, when you are canned from this job in 2012 (or sooner) but of course you’ll have to do all that on your own dime. Grow up. Step away from the mirror. You’re really not that pretty anyway but……….you are (unfortunately) The President of The United States.
In short, learn what that means and DO THE DAMNED JOB YOU WERE HIRED TO DO!

Section 3 of Article II, which outlines the duties of the Chief Executive, states “He will take care that the laws are faithfully executed” Obama is doing the exact opposite of this. This must constitute a high crimes and misdemeanor necessary for impeachment.
In other words, there is explicit language in the Constitution that demands that the President DO HIS DAMN JOB! Some of your Constitutional theories are a stretch, but how can you deny that Obama is in violation of this language.

Lennie, nowhere in this article do I mention Article II. You may have mis-read Article III Section 2 which DOES deal with “aid and comfort” as Article II. I made no mention of executive duties regarding Article II. Only the dereliction and abandonment of Constitutional guidelines I outlined:

We are being invaded by a non-uniformed armed militant force. they are NOT covered by the Geneva Conventions. They are illegal combatants. You know what should be done to them.

the human smuggling is controlled by the drug cartels. you want in then you have to carry a backpack full of drugs. anyone else who attempts to sneak in is taken out by the cartels. so, if the drug cartels can control access to the USA, why can’t the federal government? younger women who want to be smuggled in are regularly raped by the smugglers who then hang the womens underwear in trees as a sign of their machismo.
the average Arizonan (i am one) is pretty angry right now. we’re sick to death of the president siding with illegals and mexican president who loves exporting his lower class, browner citizens since the send back $20 BILLION PER YEAR. if that isn’t a drain on the American economy, i can’t imagine what would be. and yes, i just called the upper class and ruling elite of Mexico a bunch of damn racists.
we are also sick of the boycotts and resolutions of opposition. in fact, except to help my elderly relatives, i’m not leaving this state. period. the citizens in those cities and counties are at least partially responsible for this bullshit since they elected them. and California is the worst! get rid of these assholes and i might consider forgiving you. some day. maybe. meanwhile, i say to them all “mind your own damn business ya bunch of dumbasses”.

Arizona has given us a great opportunity by biting the bullet and fighting back; Arizonans and Gov. Jan Brewer deserve our support. At least 10 other states are looking to enact similar laws; they are fed up with ILLEGALS, and the people that support them. According to a Rasmussen poll, over 60% of American voters (More than voted for Obama), support a law like Arizona’s; even Utah, one of the most generous states toward ILLEGALS, is looking to tighten up its laws.
