Danielle Staub Hustler Sex Tape Mystery

Hustler details of sex tape imply new sex tape not involving Danielle's ex, Steve Jalewski.

According to TMZ, in June Hustler will distribute a “75 minute” sex tape starring Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Danielle Staub. A sex tape “shot last September several months after 47-yr-old Danielle Staub first appeared” on RHONJ. The TMZ and Hustler statement is kind of a mystery as:

-The first season of Real Housewives of New Jersey was filmed in 2008,

-During the first season of RHONJ, Danielle had a relationship with Steve Jalewski, a guy in his 20′s who was friends with the Manzo’s,

-The first season of RHONJ didn’t air until 2009.

-In June of 2009, Danielle Staub won a temporary injunction against Steve Jalewski when Steve claimed during an interview he was mulling over whether to sell some sex tapes of Danielle.

-On April 30, we posted an interview with Steve after the site, CrabbyGoLightly.com, reported they’d seen a “45 minute” Danielle Staub sex tape with an unknown male who CGL speculated was Steve Jalewski.

According to CGL, they’d seen the “45 minute Danielle Staub sex tape”:

The 45-minute tape shows Staub doing the deed with an ex beau who is presumably Steve Zalewski, who famously told another Housewife that Danielle was only good for blow jobs.

Viewers won’t get to see her displaying her talent for BJs, but they will get to see Staub’s pierced, Brazilianed twat riding atop Zalewski — along with some missionary, some doggy style, and some pile-driving. She’s quite talented.

She also definitely thinks she’s sexy, and you can tell that she really was enjoying herself. In it she’s taut and toned but her implants are a little wonky.

You really don’t see her partner’s face, just his condom-covered member. At least she’s practicing safe sex.

There’s some pertinent info missing from the CGL article, info such as, who released the sex tape, the distributor, or, where, if you’re interested in burning the images of Danielle Staub having sex into your retinas, you can find or purchase the purported “45 minute” sex video of Danielle Staub and an “unknown” male’s condom-covered penis.

In our interview with Steve, he claimed he hadn’t sold any of the sex tapes he owned of Danielle-after last summer’s temporary injunction expired, Steve had legal possession of the sex tapes.

Which leads us back to the “Hustler is set to distribute a 75 minute sex tape” of Danielle Staub, which, according to Hustler, was shot “last September, several months after Danielle first appeared” on RHONJ. Back in September of 2009, Danielle Staub was no longer in a relationship with Steve Jalewski. The Danielle Staub-Steve Jalewski relationship ended in 2008. Steve’s sex tapes with Danielle, which Steve claimed were filmed by Danielle using her cellphone then emailed to Steve, included a “45 minute” sex romp with Danielle.

According to TMZ, “a rep for Danielle Staub had no comment” which leads to legal issues which involve Danielle Staub and Danielle’s rights regarding the “75 minute” sex tape Hustler is set to distribute. We’re not attorneys but even so, shouldn’t Hustler, if the sex tape does “star” Danielle Staub, had to have gotten some sort of permission from Danielle before the distributing the tape? And, after the tape is distributed, shouldn’t Danielle, as the “star” of the tape, receive some sort of compensation?
