The National Enquirer strikes again–this time with the interesting news that after the massage therapist filed a 2009 police complaint accusing the former VP of sexual misconduct, Al and Tipper Gore made some interesting moves with their real estate holdings for some reason.
From GORE SURREAL ESTATE DEALS:
A month after scoring their new palatial Montecito estate, Al and Tipper transferred nine properties the wealthy Gores own in Carthage, Tennessee from their own names into a limited liability company (LLP) – a corporate partnership which, legally, is a separate entity.
According to legal docs filed in Tennessee, the transfer of ownership occurred after the accuser in the AL GORE SEX SCANDAL filed a 2009 police complaint accusing the ex-VICE of sexual misconduct.
A real estate insider told The ENQUIRER that such a transfer of ownership protects the valuable assets in potential legal claims.
A limited liability partnership, like a corporation, is a completely separate entity and can not be liable as an asset if someone files personal lawsuits against either Gore.
Convenient timing? There could be an alternate, innocent enough explanation–we’ll wait for it.

The Enquirer previously had revealed that the massage therapist had saved her pants from the Gore-y encounter in a bank safety deposit box. The pants allegedly contain stains with Gore’s DNA on them.
But the Enquirer also reported that Gore’s accuser saved something else: a “chocolate bar with his [Gore's] fingerprints as evidence.”

The allegation that Al Gore sexually assaulted a woman in a Portland, Ore., hotel room nearly four years ago has dealt a serious blow to the former vice president’s story that he and wife Tipper simply “grew apart” after 40 years of marriage.
The police report of the masseuse’s complaint is 73 pages long and extremely detailed.
York’s assessment?
“Now the National Enquirer has made the police report public. And Gore’s family-man image will never be the same.”
After a flurry of the “real story behind Al and Tipper’s divorce” pieces, the latest from the Enquirer is starting to gain traction. As one reader put it, “because this story is too crazy to make up.”

A FOUR YEAR OLD chocolate bar with his fingerprints on it? Are you serious? What the hell does that prove? Did he ram it up her a**? Because if he didn’t it’s nothing. And if she has pants with his DNA on them (which for her to know in certainty without having them tested is unbelievable) doesn’t prove he forced anything. All it proves is that he could have an emission when she was “massaging” him. I bet she will claim that never happened to her in all the years she has been “massaging” late night clients. What absolute hogwash… And of course, another woman has to come forward. When the media and those behind the smear can’t get any traction with the original story there is always something more to sweeten the pot for the voyeurs.

I do not know the veracity of the claims, certainly a match up of semen to the man will sort a lot of things out. I have a disdain for the Man-Bear-Pig and his attempts to become a billionaire by foisting a economically crippling, middle class destroying Cap-And-Trade bill on the largest economy.
