Rating the Pay-Off’s for Tiger Woods, Jesse James, and John Edwards’ Mistresses
DBKP took a look at the “payola” the current crop of modern day mistresses of Tiger Woods, Jesse James and John Edwards have received and how they rank: The $10 million dollar “golden parachute”, “Dumber and Dumber”, and the Mistress “Chump Change”.
Rachel Uchitel’s Ten Million Dollar Golden Silence, Michelle McGee’s Dumber and Dumber Play, Rielle Hunter: Mistress Chump Change

Rachel Uchitel’s Ten Million Reasons for Keeping Mum
Ten million in hush money is what TMZ is reporting Tiger Wood’s mistress Rachel Uchitel was allegedly paid by Woods to keep her mouth shut, sorry to be blunt, for initially spreading her legs. The $10 million was purportedly paid to keep Uchitel from telling Tiger’s between-the-sheets secrets in a press conference flanked by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred. I bet Allred wasn’t pro-bono and earned a hefty commission for representing Rachel.
Just prior to Woods’ infamous Thanksgiving car crash and golf club incident outside his luxury Florida home the Enquirer reported sources claimed Rachel was having an affair with Tiger Woods. According to Hollywood Gossip, one month prior, Miss Morality Mistress Rachel claimed she had ended an affair with Bones star David Boreanz. in September because Boreanz “texted” her while his wife Jaime gave birth on August 31.
Right after Tiger crashed his luxury SUV, Rachel publicly denied she was having an affair with Woods.
From Hollywood Gossip:
As an events planner, Uchitel admits she’s met Woods on a couple of occasions. But she’s never seen him outside work and never slept with him, she told The New York Post.
“This is nothing to do with me. We have never had an affair, and the claims we did are completely false… I am really upset about it because I am being portrayed as a homewrecker, when it simply isn’t true.”
Ten Million For Telling Lies…
On December 23, Rachel was in Palm Beach, Florida, staying near where Tiger’s yacht was moored nearby. When contacted, Allred claimed Rachel was “visiting family” while Allred refused to comment whether Rachel and Tiger still had a “secret” relationship. Rachel’s silence was “golden” during this period, translating into a multi-million dollar “payoff” confidentiality contract with Tiger Woods. But was Rachel really “silent”?
According to the New York Daily News, who managed to obtain text messages between Woods and Rachel–bet you ten million the text messages weren’t acquired from Woods–and published some of the texts on December 9th, Elin caught Tiger texting Rachel just prior to the Thanksgiving “golf club” incident. According to the Enquirer, whose source was a friend of Rachel’s, the New York “party girl” had been involved with Tiger Woods “since June”. This allegation means Rachel was carrying on simultaneous affairs with Woods and David Boreanz.
According to TMZ, there’s a prenup between Woods and wife Elin which could mean Elin receiving a paltry $20 million divorce settlement. Twenty million for the wife who bore Woods two children versus one mistress who walked away with what could be 50% of what Elin would get in a divorce.

Michelle McGee
In comparison, the latest notorious mistress, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, whose allegations she had an 11-month affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James, opened the Pandora’s Box of hot, tattooed women now claiming they’d had an affair with James. Unlike Rachel Uchitel who was purportedly paid $10 million to “keep quiet” by Tiger Woods, McGee was paid “close to $30,000″ for “her story”:
Sources close to the “tattoo model” revealed exclusively to Technorati, that McGee, mother of two, was paid close to $30,000 for her story about the alleged affair between her and West Coast Choppers CEO and hubby to Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock. Our source tells us McGee was fully aware that Sandra and Jesse were still together when she began the affair, and was hoping the affair would be her ticket to “mainstream celebrity.” Mainstream infamy is more like it.
Michelle “Bombshell” McGee: Dumber and Dumber?
McGee was paid the $30,000, not by Jesse James to keep quiet, but a news source. So far, McGee hasn’t claimed any type of monetary support from James, whose net worth is comparable to Sandra Bullocks with some estimating the two are individually worth somewhere in the range of a hundred million. It was McGee’s “confession” which lead to other women–hot chicks with tattoos–who claimed they’d been carrying on an “affair” with James.
In fact, James’ infidelity has been an open secret among employees at his West Coast Choppers bike shop in Long Beach, Calif.
“Everybody knew,” one source tells Us Weekly.
James, 40, would regularly post Internet ads looking for “hot, tattooed biker chicks with big boobs,” says a source.
Adds another, “He sees their photos, answers the ads and invites the girls to his office.”
“Everyone knew” except, it seems, Sandra Bullock.

Rielle Hunter
Another notorious mistress: Rielle Hunter, mother of John Edwards’ love child, Quinn. So far, Hunter has had one interview with GQ, an interview which occurred 18 months after John Edwards confessed he’d had an affair–Edwards wouldn’t name Hunter and denied he was the father of Hunter’s baby.
According to Edwards’ ex-aide Andrew Young, during the affair Hunter thought of herself as Edwards’ between the sheets “spiritual adviser” who would help Edwards’ obtain their shared goal as an elected world leader. Hunter, in a recent GQ interview downplayed the amount of monies she’s received claiming she’s a modest ex-mistress living an unpretentious life while raising 2-yr-old daughter Quinn. According to the Enquirer, Hunter wanted $18,000 per month child support while Edwards had bought a half a million dollar home which was placed in a trust for Hunter and Quinn.
Top secret documents obtained exclusively by The ENQUIRER provide undeniable proof that John Edwards is the father of his mistress’ love child – and show that she’s asking for nearly $18,000 a month in support!
But Rielle Hunter’s cash grab so infuriated the disgraced presidential candidate that, sources say, he basically tossed her and their daughter out on the street just days before they were set to move into a house he’d bought for them!
Young alleges Hunter may been the source who “outed” the affair and that, at various times, Hunter did indeed, threaten to Young she’d go public. In the GQ interview Hunter claimed she never, ever wanted to out Edwards because to do so would have “emasculated” Edwards:
You haven’t uttered a word so far. Why now?
I feel comfortable talking now, because Johnny went public and made a statement admitting paternity. I didn’t feel like I could ever speak until he did that. Because had I spoken, I would have emasculated him. And I could not emasculate him. Also, it is not my desire to teach my daughter that when Mommy’s upset with Daddy, you take matters into your own hands and fix Daddy’s mistakes. Which I view as one of the biggest problems in all female-and-male relationships.
Perhaps the “never uttered a word” meant Rielle Hunter publicly declaring the affair which occurred during the GQ interview. Prior to the interview, Hunter felt the urge to “speak” about the affair back in August of 2007 as the New York Post reported a blind item in its Page Six section:
“WHICH political candidate enjoys visiting New York because he has a girlfriend who lives downtown? The pol tells her he’ll marry her when his current wife is out of the picture.”
Whoever wrote the Page Six blind item knew who Edwards was but, for whatever the reasons behind the decision, never mentioned Edwards and Hunter’s names. It’s also apparent the story originated directly from Hunter.
Rielle Hunter: Mistress Chump Change?
All told, Hunter’s “pay for play” involved Edwards’ “taking care” of Hunter’s traveling expenses to meet up with Edwards for another round of “spiritual advice” both before and after Edwards announced he’d run for president. Hunter’s traveling and living expenses during the period of time she was pregnant-Hunter was ensconced in luxury resorts and a $20,000 per month mansion located in Santa Barbara shortly before bearing Edwards’ fifth child. Edwards’ “support” of Hunter continued after the baby arrived up until the present. In the four years since the affair began, Hunter’s supporting herself came from the payments made to Hunter’s Midline Groove Production, a video documentary company who came into existence after the affair began. (Hunter used the first check from Edwards’ political action committee, One America Committee, to buy a video camera.) Once Hunter’s “six months” contract ended on December 31, 2006, Midline Groove ceased to exist while Hunter has yet to find another “job” other than being Edwards’ mistress and mother of his love child.
While Hunter was purportedly given “living expenses” ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 per month beginning before she learned she was pregnant then ensconced in luxury hotels and a seaside mansion for a period of time during her pregnancy and the “child support”, there’s yet to be uncovered whether Hunter had received a type of Rachel Uchitel “bonus” for keeping mum. Despite claims to the contrary, Hunter, in previous statements, flat out lied about engaging in an affair with Edwards–Hunter denied she had engaged in an affair, calling the rumors “bullshit”. Hunter told a second whopper, Andrew Young was the father of her unborn baby, while Edwards, running for President, geared up for the Iowa Caucus. Both of these false statements, statements which were released to the public, served to misinform the public and protect Edwards. The statements appeared in conjunction with the two Enquirer stories which first alleged Hunter had been engaged in a 16 months long affair with Edwards and the second Enquirer story, published December 18, 2007, which alleged Hunter was pregnant with Edwards’ love child. While a federal grand jury in North Carolina sifts through evidence looking into whether Edwards misappropriated campaign funds to support Hunter and cover-up the affair, there’s the possibility Hunter continues to “protect” Edwards while she attempts to both minimize his “support” and cast herself as the ex-mistress with minimal “needs”.
There’s also the “Elizabeth Factor”, Edwards’ wife, who, according to sources, unlike Elin Woods, holds the keys to Edwards’ purse strings. Edwards’ net worth is purported to be in the range of 50 million, far, far less than Tiger Woods’ estimated one billion. Elizabeth announced through close friends she and Edwards have officially separated early this year. No word yet as to whether Tiger Woods and Elin have officially separated or whether a divorce is in the works while the tabloids report Sandra Bullock will file for a divorce from Jesse James who is purportedly in an Arizona sex rehab clinic. The same route Tiger Woods took in January.
Tiger spent time in two separate clinics, the first clinic, in Mississippi. The second stint in a sex rehab clinic, The Meadows, in Wickenburg, Arizona. Jesse James is purported to be at the
Sierra Tucson facility in Arizona.
