Rielle Hunter GQ Interview: Rielle Hunter Photos, Video
Rielle Hunter has spoken. With a reporter from GQ no less. “Hello America, My Name is Rielle Hunter”, trumpets the GQ headline followed by an interview with sage wisdom seeker, truthteller, and above all, all things related to love expert Rielle Hunter.
Hunter enlightens the world and sets the record straight about her affair with John Edwards and their golden lovechild, Frances Quinn. Added to mix, photos of Hunter including the 45-yr-old ex-mistress wearing a man’s dress shirt in a languid pose on a bed next to daughter Quinn’s stuffed toys. According to People magazine, Hunter is “somewhat upset” about those photos.

Speaking on ABC’s The View, co-host Barbara Walters said she had talked to Hunter, 45, on Monday morning, and that Hunter had “cried for two hours” upon seeing the images and deemed them “repulsive.”

According to Barbara, America’s High Priestess of Confessionals, Rielle is blaming the photographer, Mark Seliger, whom Rielle “trusted” to turn out “classy photos”. GQ put out the following video on the photo shoot. Hunter, the “professional” videographer, should have had a “clue”, especially when posing on a bed.
Seliger was brilliant, capturing the “real” persona of Rielle Hunter by way of juxtaposing a business shirt clad Hunter wearing pearls doing a sexy pose on baby Quinn’s bed next to Quinn’s stuffed toys. Crying foul about the photos is yet another instance of Hunter’s failure to take responsibility for her own actions. The same failure Hunter displayed in the GQ interview, the failure to enlighten the public on why Rielle Hunter entered into sexual affair with a married politician with young children running for president whose wife was battling cancer.
The GQ article is a great read, a plethora of insights into the mind of a first-class sociopath or malignant narcissist, Rielle Hunter, as Hunter blames everyone in this sordid sex scandal except herself and “Johnny” Edwards.
Psychologists would have a field day with the above GQ photo of Hunter. They’d also have unlimited material relating to malignant narcissist behavior: Hunter’s total lack of conscience, her inability to empathize with her victims such as Hunter’s nemesis, Elizabeth Edwards, and Elizabeth’s battle with terminal cancer.
Hunter went after Andrew and Cheri Young, whom Rielle painted as con artists. Absent from Rielle’s interview, any guilt associated with the affair or the extensive cover-up. An affair that destroyed a family no matter how troubled the marriage was. No guilt about the monies paid to keep the affair secret, no mention of what Newsweek reported last Friday, that Hunter’s production company, Midline Groove, was paid twice for the same work.

A nonprofit group that John Edwards set up to fight poverty paid $124,000 for Web videos and photos to the former Democratic presidential candidate’s mistress, say four lawyers familiar with the payments. The Center for Promise and Opportunity wrote the previously unreported checks to videographer Rielle Hunter in late 2006, the same year Edwards acknowledged he started a “liaison†with her.
Midline Groove was also paid by Edwards’ pac, One America Committee.

Rielle Hunter released the following statement through a spokesperson:
“The innuendoes and lies that have appeared on the internet and in the National Enquirer concerning John Edwards are not true, completely unfounded and ridiculous.
My video production company was hired by the Edwards camp on a 6 month contract, which we completed December 31, 2006.
When working for the Edwards camp, my conduct as well as the conduct of my entire team was completely professional.
This concocted story is just dirty politics and I want no part of it.”
Just a total bullshit story.
The Enquirer story, which didn’t name Hunter, was published on October 10, 2007. One day later Hunter’s “concocted” statement appeared on Mydd.com.. A statement chock full of “untruths” from truthteller Hunter. In the GQ interview Hunter painted herself as “ethical” in regards to whether Edwards had bought her a home and the amount of money paid for child support. Hunter claimed the best way to catch a man was to not emasculate him, a direct strike at Elizabeth. In Edwards’ case, if he had to pick a floozie to have an affair with, he picked a doozie. It was Rielle Hunter who, with surgical precision, cut off Edwards’ balls, tying him to Rielle for the next 18 plus years by way of child support for daughter Quinn and perhaps, for Edwards, a stint in federal prison for breaking federal campaign laws.
UPDATE: MORE at Edwards mistress crushed that GQ used racy photos which she enthusiastically posed for.

Didn”t Hunter “play” a photographer herself? Surely she was familiar with the content of Gentleman’s Quarterly magazine?
Anyone familiar with the story will instantly see the puppetmaster hand of John Edwards up the back of Rielle’s oversized white dress shirt.
Andrew Young’s story is more reconcilable with the known facts and he is really a significantly more credible witness.
The very curious thing was that Hunter seemed more upset with Young than anyone else, including the man who denied he was babydaddy for almost two years.
She also seemed in complete denial that she had a part in destroying the Edwards’ marriage, though she did seem to hint that Elizabeth’s medical condition had been exaggerated or misrepresented for votes.

Great comments on Hunter, the so-called “professional” videographer. I bet Edwards wishes he was banging his head on the wall instead of Hunter after reading Rielle’s “Hello America! I’m Rielle Hunter” interview. Remember the Hunter “Extra” interview that surfaced after Edwards “confessed” August 8, 2008, to Bob Woodward. We’ve yet to confirm but believe that interview was never aired when it was originally filmed. The interview must have been done around the time “Edwards’ Untucked” piece by Jonathan Darman appeared in Newsweek in December of 2006. Elizabeth, in a later interview, claimed she had “no idea” before that magic date of December 30, 2006, when Edwards’ “confessed” to the affair, that the videographer was Rielle Hunter or, amazingly enough, a female.
Elizabeth’s claim seems incredulous given that just about anyone who has written about Elizabeth’s role in Edwards’ campaign says she was his most “trusted” adviser. Despite what seems to be inconsistencies in Elizabeth’s version of the affair, I can’t help but feel sympathy for Elizabeth after Hunter’s nasty, cheap shots in the GQ article against Elizabeth. I also wonder what Darman thinks about writing his “the quiet dignity of Rielle Hunter” BS article after Hunter claimed he’d made up the story about what she’d said about Elizabeth being “bad energy”.
