Charlie Sheen’s Wife in Intensive Care: Infected Tooth May Have led to Pneumonia

The misery surrounding the Charlie Sheen family continues as the National Enquirer is reporting Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller is in intensive care.
The hospital is located in Sherman Oaks, California.
According to Brooke’s attorney Yale Galanter, Brooke had emergency oral surgery earlier this week for an impacted wisdom tooth. Galanter wasn’t sure if the surgery was related to Brooke being in intensive care:
“She did have an infection in her mouth, and that’s why she had emergency tooth surgery this week,” her attorney Yale Galanter revealed.
“Whether it got worse overnight, I don’t know.”
Sheen, who has a protective order against him related to his wife, was allowed to visit a sedated Brooke for an hour.
According to TMZ, Brooke may have pneumonia:
We’re told Brooke will not be released today and doctors believe she has pneumonia. She is still in ICU. We’re told she will be in the hospital for at least several days and she is, as one source said, “very, very sick.”
Earlier today, TMZ reported Sheen telling reporters Brooke was “just fine” and would be released today. Later TMZ updated its report stating Brooke would be in the hospital “several days” and, was “very, very sick”.
The couple is due to appear in an Aspen, Colorado, court on Friday related to a domestic violence case. Sheen was arrested Christmas day in Aspen and charged with felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Sheen was alleged to held a pocketknife to Brooke’s throat and threatened to kill her. At the time, Brooke had purportedly split from Sheen. Since Sheen’s arrest and subsequent posting of bail, sources claim Brooke has recanted her claim that Sheen threatened her with a knife.
Sheen and Mueller were married in May of 2008. The couple had twins boys, Max and Bob, in March of 2009.

This is certainly hilarious! Imho he was awesome acting in Two and a Half Men, but perhaps it was for the reason that he was merely playing himself:-)
