UPDATE #2 – What does it mean?

With the confession of Tiger Woods about his affairs–or at least, about the Rachel Uchitel affair–where does everyone go from here?

Tiger Woods: Tiger will most likely be spending some time mending fences with wife, Elin Nordegren Woods. It’s unlikely that he’ll be jetting off alone much, leaving Elin and the kids to wonder at home alone.

Expect Tiger’s schedule to be severely curtained for awhile. Also, expect Tiger to fulfill what one acquaintance called, “His Kobe moment”.

Elin Nordegren Woods: She will remain away from the media and will have to decide whether she will believe Tiger when he says that it won’t happen again. She’ll have to work through some deserved anger at being cheated upon.

There will be much speculation about divorce–it’s already started–but she’ll also have to consider what’s best for the couple’s two children. It’s almost always better for them to have an intact family unit.

Rachel Uchitel: She’ll go back to trawling for married men. Or will she? Maybe this will be the event that convinces her she’s better off looking for an unattached guy on which to shower her attentions and wiles.

Jaime Grubb: Will she be able to parlay this moment into something other than another reality TV show? Maybe that’s all she wants.

UPDATE #3 – Tiger “let his Family Down”

AP is now reporting on Tiger Woods’ confession.

FROM Woods says he let family down:

Tiger Woods said he let his family down with “transgressions” he regrets “with all of my heart,” and that he will deal with his personal life behind closed doors.

His statement Wednesday follows a cover story in Us Weekly magazine that reports a Los Angeles cocktail waitress claims she had a 31-month affair with the world’s No. 1 golfer.

US magazine released the following message from Jaime Grubbs yesterday:

“Hey, it’s, uh, it’s Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favor. Um, can you please, uh, take your name off your phone. My wife went through my phone. And, uh, may be calling you. If you can, please take your name off that and, um, and what do you call it just have it as a number on the voicemail, just have it as your telephone number. That’s it, OK. You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye.”

UPDATE #4 – Jaimee Grubbs: Tiger Woods’ Wife “Has Never Called Me”

US Magazine is reporting that Elin Nordegren Woods never called the other “other woman”, Jaime Grubbs.

After receiving a frantic voicemail from Tiger Woods, did Jaimee Grubbs also get an irate phone call from his wife Elin Nordegren?

Negative. Grubbs — who tells Us Weekly that she and the golfer had a 31-month affair — is shooting down Wednesday’s claims by TMZ. The website says that Grubbs told them of receiving a scary call Friday from a furious wife. Although unidentified, a female caller supposedly barked to Grubbs, “You know who this is because you’re f**king my husband.”

US also has a provocative pic of Jaime Grubbs.

Catfight lovers will be disappointed.

Tiger Woods’ SUV crash was caused by his wife, Elin, who distracted him by beating on the vehicle with golf club while he exited after a fight between the couple? Apparently, Woods’ injuries were also inflicted by his wife, also.

That’s what TMZ (Tiger Woods: Injuries Caused by Wife, Not SUV) is saying.

Woods was treated and released from a local hospital after the SUV he was driving hit a fire hydrant.

Reports are coming out that Tiger Woods’ car crash was caused by his wife beating the SUV with a golf club. This contradicts earlier reports that Elin Woods was “helpful”–though it was unclear whether police were referring to her skill with a golf club or not.

Here’s three pieces of advice for Tiger Woods’ reputed extra-marital squeeze, Rachel Uchitel:

1-Don’t tug on Superman’s cape;
2-Don’t spit into the wind; and
3-Don’t lie to the National Enquirer.

Uchitel is denying she’s the “other woman” in the Tiger Woods cheating scandal and hinting at lawsuits against the Enquirer. The Enquirer is hitting back with a fistful of smoking guns: times, dates, pictures and other incriminating information.

After angrily denying that a friend the Enquirer quoted in their story exposing Uchitel as “the other woman” in the Tiger Woods affair was a friend (and pretending to not know her last name), the Enquirer hit back by publishing the following photos.

They seem to indicate that Rachel Uchitel and Ashley Samson–the Enquirer source–are at least on “speaking terms”. And they seem to indicate that Rachel and Ashley do know each other.

Rachel, who denies an affair with Tiger, told one media outlet that she hardly knows Ashley, who is quoted on-the-record in our story. Rachel said she wasn’t even sure of the woman’s last name.

However, we can reveal that Rachel is such a close friend of Ashley’s that she recently invited Ashley to join her and some other pals on a trip to Spain.

Rachel, who confesses that she does know Tiger, also outrageously says she’s never even texted Tiger.

But Ashley told The ENQUIRER: “Rachel said she first met Tiger in May at a New York club where she was working, and gave him her number. In June she told me, ‘Tiger Woods is blowing up my cell phone with messages!’

The Enquirer has the fine art of understatement down to a science.

It publishes the pictures and says that Rachel Uchitel’s denials are “full of contradictions”.

That’s like saying that there’s a few bitchy women on “Bridezillas”.

New allegations about more women who’ve had affairs with golfer, Tiger Woods, are surfacing. One woman, Jaime Grubbs, says she has proof–and plenty of it–in the form of text messages, phone messages and pictures.

Uh oh.

Meanwhile, the Rachel Unchitel-Enquirer Celebrity Cage Match continues: TIGER ‘GIRL’ DENIAL RIPPED APART – - POINT BY POINT!!!.

Uchitel, whom the Enquirer named the “other woman” in the Tiger Woods’ affair, gave an interview denying the Enquirer’s charges–and the Enquirer has just answered her denials, ripping them apart and making her look kinda silly.

Following are just four of the contradictions that the Enquirer presents in their demolition of Uchitel’s story.

Here’s what she says and what we REALLY know:

1. Rachel – who calls our story “ridiculous” with “not a word of it true” – says: “I offered to take a lie-detector test.”

In fact, it was The ENQUIRER who asked Rachel to take a polygraph but she refused!

2. Without stating her name, Rachel attacks her friend Ashley Samson – who is quoted by name in The ENQUIRER, and is one of the multiple sources who passed a polygraph about Rachel’s claims of an affair with Tiger.
