Raquel Wanted New Nose and Breast Job for 19th Birthday
Some of last night’s Real Housewives of Orange County episode regarding Lynne Curtin and daughter Raquel’s plastic surgery wound up on the cutting floor: the part where Lynne’s 19-yr-old daughter Raquel discussed with a plastic surgeon having not only a nose job, but also, breast augmentation for her birthday.

According to the OC Register, the main reason why Raquel didn’t get her “true wish”-the boob job-was due to plastic surgeon Dr. Milind Ambe giving the procedure a thumbs down:
I was reluctant to perform a breast augmentation, Ambe said. But I thought a conservative rhinoplasty would be appropriate.
In the unaired scene, Ambe was a good role model for doctors who sometimes fail to put the brakes on patients’ desires for excessive plastic surgery.
I thought she was too young for breast augmentation, Ambe said. I felt that, over the long run, it would have potentially created more problems for her.

According to the OC Register’s What fans of Housewives may not get to see, Lynne didn’t want Bravo camera crews at Ambe’s office when she returned the next day after surgery to have her bandages removed because Lynne feared she’d look like a “trainwreck”. Lynne demurred when Ambe convinced Lynne and husband Frank that she “wouldn’t look bad”.
According to Ambe, the “cost” of Lynne’s procedures, a brow, face, and neck lift, ranged from $13,000 to $19,000.
Even though Ambe was reluctant to let her go, nine days after Lynne’s surgery Ambe allowed her to fly to Florida to film a planned Real Housewives trip.
To avoid problems with healing or unexpected bruising, Lynne wasn’t allow to take part in activities that would jostle her face or raise her blood pressure or heart rate, Ambe said.

-More skin care, less lip filler,
-Lasering resurfacing would help Vicki’s sun-damaged chest,
-Vicki has a “large frame” with breast implants to match and “a bit of a long face”.
-Facial implants would make Vicki’s face “wider” if Vicki is “bothered” by her “long face”.
Gretchen Rossi may have had “rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, possible cheek implants or soft tissue filler, and Botox injections”. Included are side-by-side comparison photos of Gretchen which Di Saia believes show Gretchen has had a “ton of facial work”.
According to Saia, Alexis Bellino “went a bit large” on her implants, which is “common and subjective” and that Alexis might want to “take it easy on the lip filler”.
Two seasons ago Tamra Barney had her larger breasts implants replaced with smaller ones by Dr. Ambe due to back pain, which is a common problem with large breast implants. Tamra still gets comments on her “large breasts” which, according to the article, may be why Tamra is often turned “sideways” when having her photo taken. Tamra is purportedly considering having her breast implants removed.
