  A new feature updated constantly–at least that’s the plan. We come across so many things during the day that’s there’s not time to write about. Also, LBG remarked that, many times, she came across stories before they became popular or were seen on Drudge. So, this seemed to be a good way of sharing some of those stories–without the time it required to research and add context. It’s a ‘work in progress’, so give us a week to get things in a final form, but we’re excited about it…
  TIP ‘O the HAT: The inspiration came from Instapundit, but we had been trying to get something on this idea implemented before we moved last year to our new site. Our Blogger platform was great to start on, but there were a lot of ideas that simply couldn’t be done over there–at least in conjunction with what we were doing at the time. FLASH Headline News was one of them.

  There are many, many consequences of the free speech-killing phenomena known as Political Correctness. Despite TIME–and others’–spinning that Hasan may have suffered from PTSD, the tragedy can more accurately be laid at the feet of PCBS by the military. Chris Matthews’ behavior is nothing out of the ordinary; the military’s is troubling.
