“ARGUING WITH IDIOTS” Book Stop Provides Few Opportunities To Do So
Mainstream Left, Handwringing Right Pundits Dismayed

The Glenn Beck “Arguing with Idiots” book tour came to the Nutmeg State.

Irony Curtain, of I Own the World who was present for Friday’s Stamford CT stop on the Glenn Beck “Arguing With Idiots” book tour, has this report.

“The Beck signing was a whole lotta fun. HUGE crowd but the Beck people were super organized (not at all like Acorn) so it went real smooth and line moved very fast.
Glenn was extremely gracious and joked with the crowd a lot after the line winded down. Handful of “protesters” outside the store – absolutely pathetic.”

Ed–It was later determined that “handful” meant three.

“At one point a Stamford cop came rushing in and I thought maybe there was a threat or something. Then we laughed when we saw the cop grabbing a book and having Glenn sign it!

His tour bus was wild! God bless him, quite the contrary of keeping a low profile, this thing was mammoth with hysterical in yer face graphics!”

Bumper sticker that ran the entire length of the Beckmobile’s back bumper: “No Idiots Allowed”.

IC reports: “Love the charges against Beck. Not only a terrorist but graceless and kooky! Pathetic, they had NOTHING! Someone I know went to the signing in Norwalk CT this morning at the gun shop. Same story, huge crowd and 6 or 7 pathetic protesters.”

Ed–So in Norwalk’s case, “handful” meant…”handful”.

This was funny (below) because he said to the crowd, “I’m doing so many of these I don’t even know where I’ll be tomorrow. So I said, “You’ll be at the Machine Gun Shop!” and he laughed and looked my way and said, “Oh yeah, that’s true, that’s where I’ll be.”

Ed–All-in-all, it would appear that a good time was had by all.
