  White House targets also aren’t dopes. The corporate community is realizing that playing nice doesn’t guarantee safety. The health executives signed up for reform, only to remain the president’s political piñatas. It surely grates that the unions—now running their own ads against ObamaCare—haven’t been targeted. If the choice is cooperate and get nailed, or oppose and possibly win, some might take that bet.

  The good news: A lack of communication between the administration and its enforcers resulted in a group of SEIU thugs forcing their way into the Chamber of Commerce and breaking some eggs.

  Chamber of Commerce, welcome to the ObamaHood–and the living is easy.

  Herald’s Jessica Heslam interviewed Chris Matthews, reports he was picky about what questions he would take:

  A petulant Chris Matthews wouldn’t talk about MSNBC’s recent ratings dip during an interview flogging his fawning essay on the late Sen. Edward Kennedy that’s in the November issue of Boston magazine.
  …
  It could be that Matthews got a little hot under the collar because his left-leaning network has been losing viewers.

  Matthews wasn’t asked if he still had that problem with his leg and Heslam probably didn’t recommend a doctor eager to amputate his foot for the bucks.

  What are “progressives” going to change their label to after the public catches on? From Progressive to Liberal back to Progressive. Maybe they’re hoping that before too many name changes they’ll have completed a total transfer of power into their all-knowing hands?!?

  And so I will restate the obvious to those who contend Obama is a crypto- Muslim. The question isn’t whether Obama is a Muslim, the question is, what difference would it make if he was. What would he be doing differently if he were? The answer? Nothing. He would act exactly in this manner and that’s what matters.

  Hell, who wouldn’t pay Obama to be a crypto-Muslim instead of a crypto-neophyte.

  On the brighter side, Dear Reader’s attempts to demonize Fox News are sending ratings through the stratosphere. The public is well aware that having skeevy Administration goons like David Axelrod single out FNC as “not a news organization” means that it is the one news organization whose legitimacy is beyond question.

  On the bright side, the next Star Trek sequel already has a topical tie-in: The Wrath of Obama.
