Roman Polanski, ACORN: The Left Hearts Pedophilia
What does the Liberal Left have against 13-year-old girls?
Within the space of a month, the Left has been–well, not exactly–forced to defend both Roman Polanski and ACORN. While most politicians have remained mum, an assortment of liberal bloggers, pundits and Hollywood celebs have rushed to the defense of ACORN, Roman Polanski or both.
ACORN, shown on hidden camera instructing how to facilitate the importation of underage girls into the United States for the sex trade, rallied the Left first.
Roman Polanski, convicted of drugging and anally raping a 13-year-old girl, is the latest to cause the Left, especially Hollywood, to spring to his defense–after he jumped bail, fled the U.S. and was arrested in Switzerland this past weekend.
You’d expect the French to do something like this–and they have–but Americans?
Maybe one reason Celebrities, diplomats unite behind convicted child-raping degenerate is because they feel like Whoopi Goldberg (Whoopi says Polanski didn’t commit “rape-rapeâ€).
There are a few exceptions. Kate Harding at Salon [Reminder: Roman Polanski raped a child] is one.
What’s the reason for all of this love for pedophilia and its enablers?
NRO’s Kathryn Jean Lopez guesses Pedophilia Chic? Ann Althouse wonders Are Hollywood types defending Roman Polanski because he’s a fellow artist or because of their own pedophilia?
Hot Air’s Doctor Zero thinks it’s about Crimes Against The Party: child rape is excusable if you’re of the right political persuasion.
Some issues should transcend liberal and conservative, Cali chic and Middle America, Democrat and Republican.
Facilitating and/or the actual rape of underage girls should be one of them.

Why does the Left appear to apologize for child rapists? Michelle Malkin thinks one of Roman Polanski’s interviews answers the question. In the filmmaker’s own words, “Judges want to f— young girls. Juries want to f— young girls. Everyone wants to f— young girls!â€.

Therein lies the answer. Polanski has a lot going for himself, faux-victimwise – money, fame, the right politics, arty chicness, concentration camps, murdered relatives – all of these things contribute to the support he’s been getting, but it is anti-Americanism that is really driving it, hatred which was expressed point blank by French Culture Minister Frederic Mitterrand when he said “there is also a scary America that has just shown its face.” Polanski’s American supporters are simply jumping on the bandwagon of Eurotrash contempt for “cowboy” America. Much of what white liberals think and do is driven by an all-consuming desire to separate themselves from the American middle class. It is a secret desire to be royalty, to not be ordinary, to have their innate personal specialness recognized .
Here is an interesting reply about Polanski from, of all places, “The Huffington Post” ( where the bloggers are pro-Polanski while the ordinary members are outraged over this support):
“Go watch the last fifteen minutes of Chinatown ten times and see if it gets through. (Hint: The raped woman who would protect her child from her serial rapist is killed in cold blood and the child she feebly tried to protect is handed over to the rapist to do with as he will. The rest of us are told to shrug it off as … yawn … just the way it is. Nothing to be done. Oh, well. That’s life. Don’t get involved or you’ll get hurt. These Great Men will have their way. They’re too powerful to stop.)”

Ahh…the “ilk-iness” of conservatives.
As someone said, not all liberals support Polanski, but Polanski’s supporters–at least the ones in the news–are liberals.
We salute those liberals like Kate Pollitt, of the Nation, who had this issue pegged dead to rights.

Actually, my main issue was the insinuation that the French are child molesting supporters. Never once did I mention support for Roman Polanski, nor was I trying to make an argument as to which political side supports this creep. Are most people who support Polanski liberal? Probably, but that wasn’t the point of my response. I’m simply tired of the anti-french nonsense that comes from ultra right wing conservatives.

I STRESS Switzerland’s Justice should look very closely at the fact that there are multiple claims of Judicial Corruption at the Santa Monica Courthouse California, which are coming from other sources other than Roman Polanski.
Thus Switzerland’s Federal Office of Justice should take these other instances of Judicial & police Corruption into consideration and release Roman Polanski as soon as possible, since the California Justice system is not trustworthy.
It is all about coverup, bait and switch justice, no precedent to rely on, and assault and battery to boot.
So the law or justice is flimsy and will shatter and break if you rely on it.
Smoke and mirrors bait and switch justice, inherently unreliable.
There are witnesses to a double standard being applied in Santa Monica Courts, that sexual molestation cases are being exploited by the California authorities, which exploitation turns on who is involved. The bias seems to go against those born in Europe.
Since the police and Santa Monica Judges will cover up sexual assault by employees at California’s Colleges and assault and batter the female victim of sexual molestation, it cannot be about caring a hoot about the female sexual assault victim, whether in Polanski’s case or in other sexual molestation cases.
Instead this IS ALL ABOUT ABUSE OF POWER, EXPLOITATION, MAKING MONEY AT THE VICTIMS’ EXPENSE AND TORTURE.
THEN BY KEEPING THE jUDICIAL, POLICE AND PROSECUTORIAL ABUSE UNDER WRAPS, AND THE DENIAL THAT IT IS TAKING PLACE – THIS HELPS TO RETAIN THE POWER, THE MONEY AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO ABUSE AGAIN WITH IMPUNITY.
In view of this unstable, untrustworthy and discriminatory Santa Monica Judicial & Prosecutorial system would you send a citizen of Switzerland to face an unstable and corrupt system in Los Angeles California – and if the answer is NO
then please DO NOT DO this to a FRENCH AND POLISH CITIZEN ROMAN POLANSKI – & INSTEAD release Roman Polanski as soon as possible!

wow. that was the most rambling nonsense ever. child rape and sodomy is what it is, and no one should have compassion for that pedophile monster. he will ge t what he deserves in prison, just what he gave out. he will be a ss raped daily as there is a code by prisoners, child molesters are held accountable by their peers in prison and justice will be swift and thorough. now that would be a great, award winning movie, watching ole roman get analy molested by huge prisoners. hell yeah!
