Agreed.
Although it could be argued from the links you supply, that many of the pix, while guilty of poor taste are not racist.

But then, we would have to get into the other side of that coin: that there are some people who support Obama based solely on his race. And what would that add to the discussion? Not a thing, so why bring it up?

As you said, it would be “silly”.

To believe that the majority that oppose him do it on the basis of race is not only silly, it’s mathematically impossible–unless those people who overlap the two groups (the people who voted for Obama, the people who oppose Obama Care) are “self-hating racists”.

Of course this discusion is somewhat silly. Which is the whole point of the article…and a bit of the comment.

Carter didn’t say that EVERY person who opposes Obama on health care is racist. He said some. And I’m sure that those are also people who didn’t vote for Obama for office.
