		<description>Personally, I had no use for the man --- neither before or after I learned that it was he who KNOWINGLY authorized the malfunctioning M-16 assault rifle as our primary infantry weapon.  The &quot;problems&quot; were eventually ironed out but many of America&#039;s finest paid the ultimate price for that decision.  Nuff said!</description>
