Just who is the mysterious Dr. Tohme Tohme, and what are his ties to Michael Jackson and Neverland? In the latest interviews Tohme claims he’s just an unpaid adviser and spokesperson for Michael Jackson, but in court records we found a different story, where Tohme claims he’s President of Michael Jackson Productions.

On March 19, 2008, Michael Jackson’s Neverland estate was slated for auction after Jackson defaulted on his loan. Jackson was informed that unless he forked over $24,525,906.61 by March 19, Neverland would be sold in a public auction on the steps of the Santa Barbara County Courthouse. The auction would also include “everything that wasn’t nailed down” such as personal items, furniture, appliances, and “merry-go-rounds”. The rides had already been dismantled, the numerous exotic animals sold and relocated. Jackson hadn’t lived at Neverland since 2005 when he departed for Bahrain after being acquitted of child molestation charges.

In May of 2008 it was reported that the investment company, Colony Capital, had bought the loan shortly before the date set of the auction. A private equity firm, Colony Capital, run by Los Angeles billionaire Tom Barrack had brought the property. Barrack had written a check for 22.5 million to “save” Neverland.
On November 13, 2008, ABC News reported Jackson had filed the grant deed of Neverland to an entity called the Sycamore Valley Ranch Co. LLC., with Sycamore Valley Ranch Co. a joint venture between Jackson and an affiliate of Colony Capital LLC. The deed did not indicate who now “owned” Neverland.
According to the LA Times, the owner of Neverland is Barrack’s Colony Capital and that Jackson entered into a joint “partnership” where Colony Capital owns the property with Jackson getting a “cut of certain profits” if the property were “developed”.

In the spring of 2009 it was announced that Jackson would be auctioning off some 2,000 items of personal property, most of which were from Neverland on April 22. On April 14 it was announced that plans to hold the auction were halted after Jackson “successfully” sued Julien’s Auctions in Los Angeles.
Tohme’s ties to the Nation of Islam came to light when the auctioneer of Jackson’s items, Darren Julian, filed an affidavit in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Julian alleged that during a meeting with Tohme’s business partner James R. Weller, Weller had threatened Julian:
“According to Julien’s account, ‘Weller said if we refused to postpone [the auction], we would be in danger from ‘Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam; those people are very protective of Michael’.
He told us that Dr Tohme and Michael Jackson wanted to give the message to us that ‘our lives are at stake and there will be bloodshed’.’
The latest mysterious figure in Jackson’s life and death is Dr. Tohme Tohme, who has been called Jackson’s “adviser”, “sole spokesperson”, and “business manager” for the last year and a half of Jackson’s life. So far the press hasn’t really delved into Tohme’s background as a recent AP report on Tohme listed his background as “murky”. The AP news article stated the Tohme used the title “Dr.” and that Tohme “apparently” has a medical degree even though there’s no record he’s practiced in the United States.
According to the AP, Tohme is an American citizen of Lebanese descent, in his “late 50’s”, and a “financier” who, out of the goodness of his heart and a relationship with Jackson’s brother Jermaine, contacted a “close personal friend”, Tom Barrack, Chairman of Colony Capital, to meet with Jackson. Purportedly, both Barrack and Tohme were “so impressed” with Jackson that Barrack bought the note to Neverland while Tohme decided to help Jackson get his finances into order without Tohme being paid for his services. And yet we found court documents filed by Tohme on behalf of Michael Jackson that list Tohme as President of Michael Jackson Productions. Documents that were filed in the March 23, 2009 lawsuit against the auction house set to auction Jackson’s Neverland personnel items. Also listed in the lawsuit, Tohme’s “business partner” James Weller, the very same Weller who allegedly threatened the auction house owner if he didn’t “postpone” the auction.
The U.K’s The First Post supplied a few more details about Barrack that the AP apparently missed, such as Barrack being a Los Angeles billionaire who was a neighbor of Jackson’s and who owned a ranch five miles from Neverland. Barrack son’s were some of the children Jackson invited over for “field” days. It was Barrack who contacted Philip Anschutz, a “reclusive” Kansan billionaire who owns AEG. AEG is part-promoter along with Colony Capital of the now canceled 50 concerts Jackson was slated to perform in London. AEG also owns the venue, London’s O2 arena, and the LA Staples Center where Jackson’s memorial service is slated for Tuesday.
According to Tohme, Jackson ‘allowed’ him to negotiate “lucrative business deals” that would “secure the future” of Jackson’s three children. One of the deals included the upcoming Jackson AEG concerts that were scheduled in the 02 arena in London. Originally slated for only 10 concerts, demand for the tickets purportedly led “organizers” to tack on forty more which, according to CNN, would be a “grueling schedule for even the fittest pop star”. The “organizers”: Tom Barrack’s Colony Capital and Philip Anschutz’s AEG Live. The London concerts were the first in a multi-phase package with Jackson, including plans for a 3-D live concert film, a 3-D movie based on Jackson’s “Thriller” music video, and 3-yr worldwide concert tour. Barrack and Anschutz had bigger plans for Neverland: a Michael Jackson museum in the “style of Elvis Presley’s Graceland, even Thriller casinos”.

According to the Daily Mail there’s an ongoing dispute between Michael Jackson’s family members on where Jackson should be buried.
The Mail reported that Jackson’s “business manager” Dr. Tohme stated that Jackson’s brothers want a Jackson “shrine” at Neverland but that Jackson’s mother and sisters “vetoed” the idea.
From the Daily Mail:
Dr Tohme admitted he had backed the brothers Jackie, 58, Tito, 55, Jermaine, 54, and Marlon, 52, in the dispute. But he said Katherine and Michael’s sisters LaToya, 53, and Janet, 43, had shot down their plans.
“Speaking exclusively to The Mail on Sunday, Dr Tohme said: ‘His brothers wanted the final resting place to be Neverland but the rest of the family didn’t want him there for some reason that’s not known to me.
‘I tried with some members of the family to provide Neverland as his resting place and to turn it into something. I believe Michael Jackson deserved to be in Neverland – a grand place like Neverland.
He is the King of Pop and I think we will not see anyone like him in our lifetime.”
The “Mysterious” Dr. Tohme Tohme and his ties to Neverland
Tohme stated that he had spoken to Jackson about Jackson’s “wish” to “create” at Neverland a “special place” that was “ten times bigger than Graceland” and that Jackson had talked about creating a “veritable city for children”. Tohme claimed Jackson wanted to be remembered as a “great human being” that had “created as many happy places for the children of the world as he could”. Tohme said that he was “disappointed” that Jackson won’t be buried at Neverland but that Tohme hoped “that may change”.
It was during the 2005 child molestation trial that details began to emerge about Jackson’s Neverland, of Jackson’s bedroom, where an untold number of young boys “spent the night” with Jackson. Of the bedroom’s security system, how the bedroom door locked from the inside with a deadbolt and an electronic keypad which security personnel didn’t have the code, and a “special chime” that signaled to the bedroom’s occupant if someone were in the vicinity.
In 1993 Jackson settled a multi-million dollar civil suit with the family of a 13-yr-old boy who claimed Jackson molested him at Neverland. It was later revealed by NBC’s Dateline that during an investigation by the authorities Jackson’s private investigator Anthony Pellicano allegedly destroyed Neverland records which purportedly showed the names of the young visitors who had “sleepovers” with Jackson.
According to NBC’s Dateline, Pellicano, who was convicted in 2005 of 78 counts of illegal wiretapping and racketeering, ordered then security chief at Neverland Robert Wegner in 1993 to bring all the “sign-in sheets” of who had spent the night with Jackson to Pellicano. Pellicano also ordered Wegner to “destroy” all computer backup files. Wegner stated that during his three year tenure as security chief there were an estimated 100 times children spent the night with Jackson in his bedroom.
Dr. Tohme claimed that Jackson was in “great health” prior to his death yet the Daily Mail has reported that it was “greed” that killed Michael Jackson. Greed that had been driven by a “cabal of bankers, agents, doctors and advisers”. That in the weeks and months prior to the upcoming concerts Jackson was neither “physically” or “mentally” fit to withstand the grueling series of 50 concerts set up by AEG. That Jackson “knew it” as well as his “advisers”, such as his number one adviser, Dr. Tohme.
Ian Halperin, who claims to be a long time friend of Jackson’s, stated that Jackson was far from the glowing picture of health being painted by Tohme. Halperin predicted last December that Jackson “would be dead in six months”. A prediction that was only one day off the mark. Halperin claims that Jackson had an extensive wig collection to hide his graying hair and that his body was “skeletal”. Halperin also claims that Jackson’s voice was non-existent, that Jackson could “barely talk”, let alone sing 50 concerts. That Sony, whom Jackson was in hock to to the tune of hundreds of millions, was in the process of repossessing Jackson’s share of the Beatles’ collection of songs. That the concerts in London would allow Jackson to pay back a bulk of the debt owed Sony but wouldn’t solve Jackson’s other financial woes. It is Halperin who gives more info about Dr. Tohme, that Tohme isn’t a doctor but a Lebanese businessman, that Tohme claimed he had been an ambassador-at-large for Senegal while the Senegal embassy says they’ve never heard of him.
It was Tohme who accompanied Jackson to a Las Vegas meeting with Randy Phillips, chief executive of the AEG Group. Prior to the meeting Jackson’s handlers had turned down the proposed concerts. It was during the meeting with Phillips, with Tohme acting as Jackson’s “confidant”, that Jackson agreed to ten concerts. When the number escalated to 50, Jackson was told that this would be the “greatest comeback the world had ever known”. Jackson was purportedly to be paid ten million pounds with the lion’s share going to “middlemen”. Halperin noted that the concerts were scheduled at London’s O2 Arena which “has the most sophisticated lip synching technology in the world–a particular attraction for a singer who can no longer sing”, and that Jackson’s participation would have been limited to “13 minutes” for each performance with the remainder being filled in with choreography and lights.
In May Jackson purportedly spoke to fans after leaving rehearsals at the Burbank Studios, telling them that he was “angry” for “them booking me up to 50 shows”, that Jackson “only wanted to do ten”. Jackson was also purportedly driven by the desire to keep hold of his part-ownership of the Beatles collection, part-ownership that ensured his children would be taken care of. Jackson was also acutely stressed over the realization that, as the concerts drew near, he was physically unable to perform what would be the “greatest comeback” in history.
Michael Jackson was “surrounded by enablers”, enablers who sat by and watched Jackson “drug himself” into “oblivion”. Federal and California state authorities are looking into Jackson’s drug habits and the doctors who were involved in prescribing medications such as Demeral, Oycontin, morphine, and the drug Diprivan, an anesthesia used in hospitals.
Then there’s the doctor at the center of Jackson’s death, Dr. Conrad Murray, who was hired by AEG, the company promoting Jackson’s concerts. The Daily Mail reported that the Jackson family had become so concerned about Jackson’s drug use they feared Jackson would end up dead. The family had allegedly considered having Jackson admitted into a drug rehab clinic two weeks before Jackson’s death. The plan was allegedly nixed by Jackson’s “resistance” and the “pressure” to fulfill his concert commitments in London. Not only was Dr. Murray hired by AEG as Jackson’s personnel physician but he also moved into Jackson’s home and was present when Jackson collapsed and was later pronounced dead at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles on June 25. Murray, a cardiologist, told police that he performed CPR on Jackson.
Murray had a long list of financial troubles. In the last 18 months Murray had over $400,000 in court judgments against him including credit card bills, education loans, failure to pay child support, and $135,000 owed to a leasing company. Which leads us back to Neverland.
Tohme claimed he set up the original meeting between Barrack, Tohme, and Jackson. One result of the meeting: Barrack wound up saving Neverland from the auction but also gained ownership, with Jackson given some sort of profit sharing agreement. It was Barrack who contacted the owner of AEG, Phillips Anschutz.
On June 2, Business Mirror.com reported that Barrack’s own fortune, which Forbes estimated in 2008 at 2.3 billion when Barrack met Jackson, had dwindled to the “multi-millions”. Barrack and Anschutz believed worldwide ticket sales to Jackson’s “greatest” comeback tour could exceed $450 million. The money that Barrack invested in Jackson was backed by his investment in Neverland. Phillips Anschutz’s AEG’s investment in Jackson: $20 million.

“In an interview last week Dr. Tohme Tohme, an orthopedic surgeon-turned-businessman who had previously worked with Colony Capital, identified himself as the singer’s “manager, spokesman, everything” and spoke about the benefits of dealing with business titans Barrack and Anschutz rather than their “sleazy” predecessors. “Michael Jackson is an institution. He needs to be run like an institution,” Tohme said.
The next day, however, Frank DiLeo, Jackson’s current manager and a friend of three decades, claimed he was Jackson’s manager and said Tohme had been fired a month and a half earlier. Tohme denied being fired but declined further comment.”
It was Tohme, who previously “worked with” Colony Capital, who now acted as Jackson’s ‘adviser’ and who also escorted Jackson to the meeting where Jackson agreed to an initial 10 concerts with AEG and Colony Capital as promoters.
It was Thome’s business partner who threatened the auction house who was set to auction off the very same memorabilia which will be undoubtedly be used in a Michael Jackson museum, which chances are, could be Neverland. It is Colony Capital who owns Neverland and who would benefit from a Jackson museum or shrine.
It was AEG Live who hired Dr. Conrad Murray, the cardiologist who was with Jackson when he collapsed in his rented Los Angeles Bel-Air mansion and later died.
Even though Tohme claimed he wasn’t “being paid” by Jackson as Jackson’s “adviser”, Tohme did state he was “working with” Barrack and Anschutz. Yet official court documents filed by Tohme state he is president of Michael Jackson Productions. It remains to be seen just how Tohme has, or will profit from his association with Jackson. What we do know is that he has been publicly promoting in the press “his desire” to see a Michael Jackson museum at Neverland both before and after Jackson’s death. And that, prior to Jackson’s death, as well as after, Tohme promoted the allusion that Jackson was “healthy”.
Despite what Tohme claims Jackson has said about his “plans” for Neverland, in 2004 People Magazinereported what Jackson felt about his once beloved Neverland:
“Brian Oxman, an attorney for the Jackson family, said the entertainer was depressed that his Neverland compound in the Santa Ynez Valley was violated when 70 Santa Barbara County sheriff’s deputies raided his home in November. Jackson has said he no longer considers Neverland his home.”

I don’t think Jermaine have ever involved in this matter as he loved his brother, and he is such a devoted religious person who really loved his brother dearly. So you people please used your brain before put your hurting words in a statement as this could hurt the Jackson family. They have just loosing someone they loved and accusation of murdering Michael Jackson in within their own blood family are too hard to accept! When talk about money many people who only ‘GOD’ with money will do a cruel things but I believed Jermaine will never ever do this cruel things to his brother.
All the time Jermaine was the one who’s trying to solved Michael financial problem and the rest of it, it’s Michael who decide. There was a reliable statement mentioned Jermaine introducing Michael to Dr Tohme to find a solution to save his Neverland range, and it’s Dr Tohme idea to do this concert with AEG life. That absolutely not Jermaine idea if Dr Tohme,Barrack or AEG Life have a different idea, a hidden agenda. What Jermaine did just to help and safe his brother from his trouble but what he didn’t expected was people take advantage from Michael existing trouble condition. If he would have an agenda to killed Michael why he have to introduce him to this 3 monster?, as he’s the one who introduce, don’t he have a brain to think the CIA will suspect him as first victim?.

Now Ian halperin is a long time friend? I thought he said he infiltrated Mj’s group of people by pretending to be someone he wasn’t? if he has some real info why does he lie so much? Ian halperin said Michael was blind, had a mysterious disease that was going to kill him in 6 months, a collapsed lung and much more. something is very smelly about Ian halperin and every other “friend” of MJ. .GOD REST HIS SOUL. I have real suspicions about Ian Hlaperin because he said Michael was going t die of some mysterious sickness and then all of a sudden Michael is dead… but not of the illness. I think the feds need to investigate Ian Halperin.

I have read much of the “news” surrounding the death of Michael Jackson. This is by far one of the most informative and thought provoking pieces of information. I have read Ian Halperin’s book “Unmasked” and did not feel it was authentic. He stated he attempted to infilitrate Micheal’s inner circle and met him only one time. He even suggested Micheal made a “pass” at him!!! His book was not objective. I have never been to this site before but will check more frequently on updates. I truly hope that someone who is objective and passionate will seek the truth and report it to the people who loved Michael Jackson.

I second what leslies smith said, I too hope that someone with an objective view point (and not just desire to make lots of money) will come out and sort all of the BS from facts and give us true fans some REAL insight into what was going on with Michael. I feel like we will never really know because there are SO many lies out there and no one who really cares enough about the truth to come forward and speak out. I too am reading that “Unmasked” crap and aside from the child molestation stuff it’s all salacious nonsense. How can you trust a guy when he looks like Andrew “Dice” Clay ( I’m looking at you Ian Halperin)?!!?!?!?

I think the billionaire Tom Barrack is connected to Dr. Tohme Tohme, Darren Julian- the Julien’s Auctioner, Philip Anschultz, AEG Company, LA Staples Center, Dr. Conrad Murray. Dr. Arnold Klein and too many doctors and I believe this billionaire was behind the fallen of Michael Jackson. and I believe that Michael Jackson’s brothers were brainwashed by them to be part of the plans . I suspected that this whole Idea is Tom Barrack and co-business plans . NO NEVERLAND FOR MICHAEL JACKSON_ PLEASE!

The best thing to stop all these greedy people who forced Michael Jackson to signed the concert and memorabilia- is NOT TO BUY FROM AEG COMPANY and Universal Music Group(Bravado).. We would only buy exclusive from the Michael Jackson(mijac). I suspected that the agreement was only for the concert not for memorabilia, I am calling everyone here and all Michael Jackson’s fans , we will boycott . NO TO AEG!!! NO TO UNIVERSAL GROUP(BRAVADO)

Yes, GREED is what killed Michael Jackson! The greedy parasites and leaches who were only in it for themselves and used Michael as a meal ticket.
It was greed who prompted Joseph Jackson to push his sons hard to become the successful musicians that he, himself had failed to become.Now, I like Joseph Jackson, but I have to tell it like it is. All the problems Michael had in his life can all be traced back to Joseph.
If I was a member of the Jackson family, I would first demand Michael’s body be cremated. Why? Because I do not think that his body will be safe to rest no matter where it is. There are some disgustingly weird people walking this earth and who knows what they may have planned! After all, when Elvis died, some fools tried to steal his body!
Second, I would somehow make sure 75% if not all future earings go to the Jackson family particulary Michael’s 3 children (4, if Omer Bhatti is proven to be his child, too).
It’s time for someone to remove permanently these so-called associates of Michael so they do not get a damn dime of his money.

Michael Jackson did not die from the hands of his parents. Michael Jackson enjoyed being with his family despite of his childhood life. Joe Jackson and Katherine Jackson did a very good job in raising their children. yes–I think it could very well be murder but disguised as a homicide–I do think he was predisposed to be addicted to prescription meds—the most disturbing thing is supposedly there is a presence of a doctor there—to ensure every safety measure for his client—isn’t it ironic that for a doctor —if he indeed was doing his job as a doctor—he should have noticed if MJ’s breathing was getting slower and slower—then he’d do everything stated in his Hippocratic Oath for doctors to get his client back into safety zone. There has been a history of Jermaine involving his brother with some shady deals the MJ would never want to be involve in but would eventually budge just because Jermaine is family but only ended up having MJ embroiled in a law suit in the end–like in a Las Vegas show and the one with a Korean producer. There seem to be a pattern of him being instrumental of having MJ involved with the wrong kind of people.

Michael’s own fame is what killed him though too any yes men who would get him anythung =do anything to get his money=His own childlike nature thatr wanted so badky to trust and trusted all the wrong people ,his own delusion of being invincible, and yes…sadly, his deep seated emotional problems stemming from never having any kind of normal life since he became famous from an early age=his conflicted inferiority/superiority complex-never being satisfied with what he had and had done= musically or otherwise=yet his arrogance of who he felt he was and needed to be how he had to project that in grandiose ways =and that =because he was who he was =NOTHING would be denied him his percieved enbtitilement to the best and biggest always-becausae he knew nothing else in life=including ther best andand strongest drugs and a medical Dr. to administer them so he could conmvince himse;lf it was safe=and his stubborn nature =that refused to get help when he knew definitley KNEW he had amassive addiction problem.

Michael could have at any time -gotten the best help in the world for his addiction =instead of spoending his money for the most easily controlled Drs. he could have gotten world class help I am sure Eric Clapto would have welcomed him into his place in Antigua with a minimum of press coverage if that was such a concern=

I still feel some of those drs along the way as far back as 1993=should be held somewhat accountable because Michael needed mental help badly=and hospitalization=involuntary comittment =and any of therm could have seen to that=Michael needed to get his mind cleared so he could make the decisions he needed to make and in that respect he never had a chance. he was a willing participant in his own demise though= he was not a stupid person he had to know what he was doing to himself…

Michael Jackson molestation was being planned by a group of conspiracy- this had something to do with his Beatles Catalog. They failed their first motive/ This father of Jordy Chandler was being paid by Michael Jackson entourage. This whole thing about molestations , drugs and all sorts of conspiracy were the idea of the people who were interested on his publishing music company including the Beatles Catalog. When I heard that Michael Jackson died on June 25 , 2009 , my first thought was- THEY GOT HIM!!!

I was sitting around today and i was watching tv and heard about who is and isn’t going to watch the ‘THIS IS IT” movie,Why are we so wrapped up in that for ?? Has even the police forgot not only did Dr. Conrad Murray kill a pop star but he took a life that was a father,son,brother and uncle..He amitted that he gave him propofol … so why isn’t anything being done ???? it has been over 3 months now and still he walking the streets..eating and sleeping in his own bed in his warm home and WHERE IS MICHAEL???? If Dr. Conard gets away with this cause((( now they are talking about child support (((CHILD SUPPORT))) PLEASE! ,That will give way to the others to take the drug and give it to someone and get away with it..I think it is time for someone to answer why isn’t he in jail..Are they waiting for us to forget what happen..Well this and other ones WILL NEVER FORGET AND WANT ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!

I am a Brazilian fan of Michael Jackson since childhood, I grew up following and listening to the music of Michael. I’m from 1959 and it was 1958.
If I were a fan of the U.S., along with other North American fans, I’d get a way to require of the one true answer and just about the death of Michael with all involved and not just one. The fans can not stop the police to charge the real solution must support the Jackson family in search for truth. Michael deserves to be justified.

I think the billionaire Tom Barrack is connected to Dr. Tohme Tohme, Darren Julian- the Julien’s Auctioner, Philip Anschultz, AEG Company, LA Staples Center, Dr. Conrad Murray. First and foremost, Mr. Halperin you really and really sincerely need to read Ms. Geraldine Hughes book Redemption. She knows what everyone who has made a comment on this website do not know about MJ and children. First and foremost, Mr. Pellicano was the private investigator who looked into the child molestation case against the King Of Pop. Many of the children were told to lie yes LIE. Secondly, Ms. Hughes was the legal secretary for Mr. Barry Rothman who was the lawyer for the Chandlers in the first child molestation case. See, Mr. Chandler who killed himself in November of last year did what he did out of greed. He drugged his own son and told him to lie on Michael Jackson. See all of the things that happened to the singer could have been prevented. Someone needs to man or woman up to hurting his career and life. Michael had a bodyguard and he and MJ put the children in Michael’s bed while Mr. Jackson and the bodyguard slept on the floor. So, MJ hired this guard to supervisor the children who came to Neverland. Okay. Also, Mr. Sneddon who was the DA for Santa Barbara County put the second family up to say that Michael Jackson had molested the cancer patient Ms. Hughes knew that the former law enforcement official and some of his staff members approached the Arvizos and another family and told them what to say. So when the documentary was made by Mr. Martin Beshir who also admitted that he lied on Michael back in 2003. See, Michael was smarter than all of us think okay. He had a cameraman and video set up to counteract what Beshir did to him. In Living with Michael Jackson, the singer stated that he gave the young man his bed while he slept on the floor in a sleeping bag. He was setup. See, the book was known by the Jackson family including Michael. If you take the time and listen to the tapes on youtube that Mr. Evan Chandler made he said how he wanted twenty million dollars out of Michael for a movie deal and that he was doing everything according to his own plan and did not care one bit how it was going to affect this innocent and talented young man. Oh yes, I hope that Jordan Chandler will think about the lie that was told. Hmmm. Maury Povich who is from my state of Maryland did a documentary where he told the truth because Beshir gave bias questions purposely to the King Of Pop. Beshir admitted to his wrongdoing so why the hell can’t everyone else. Tohme Tohme could have been telling Dr. Murray what to do in order to kill Michael Jackson. See the singer was coming out of the entertainment business after his final tour. He was manipulated and told that he had to do what AEG said or else. He had no way out. If he did, they were going to sue him plus take his Beatles Catalog. No disrespect to anyone but all of the painkillers that Michael took none of them were found in his system. I also recommend that you listen to a long time Jackson family friend named Dick Gregory who was a friend to MJ he has also known the Kennedy family, Dr. King’s family, Malcolm X, John Lennon, and various others. He knows information that we will never know. He has knowledge that spans back to the Civil Rights Movement and is factual. See Michael owned the Beatles Catalog which contains over 750,000 songs. Plus, the young man went against the system at Sony by calling Tommy Motolla who even mistreated Mariah Carey with disrespect yes his own former wife. MJ called this man a devil. When he passed, Motolla said we’ve got plans regarding Jackson’s music. He is friends with one of MJ’s lawyers. Remember how Sony leaked his music last month. They said the songs were not meant to see the light of day. Hmmm. Think about it.

Question. I had the strangest premonition on the other night about Michael Jackson. I could not believe it myself. He was living somewhere in Beverly Hills some place very nice. In this dream, Dr. Tohme Tohme had called him up with a disguised voice saying you are not going anywhere cause we are going to make sure of that. He said who is this (MJ) and the man on the other end of the phone said do not worry about who it is Michael started crying. He was not delusional and no drugs in were in his house. Michael said I’m sorry tell me who is this. They knew where he was and no one’s phone number showed up on the house phone. The children were there in the house in another room and the chef Ms. Chase asked Michael what was wrong because he dropped the phone so quickly.
She was preparing a meal for him and his family. He told her that he was going to eat his dinner and then asked her to take the children and leave. He was in a hurry. Shortly afterwards, the chef ate dinner with Mr. Jackson and his children they sat there for a least forty-five minutes. Then, she cleared the table and took the children away in a limo driven by someone he could trust. They took off and he locked the door in a hurried fashion. He knelt down in prayer for a few minutes time was ticking away. The mansion became quiet so he went upstairs and closed his bedroom door. All of a sudden, before he could close his door upstairs there was a knock on the door. He walked down the stairs to answer the door and someone grabbed him from behind. These people looked like mafia men in business suits. I saw their faces. One of them was Dr. Tohme Tohme along with a business associate of his and other strangers. They tied his hands behind his back and covered his mouth with something. They locked the door and pushed him upstairs to his bedroom door. Dr. Tohme Tohme said this is the moment I’ve been waiting for. He laughed and told MJ I’m in charge of your life forever you’re never going anywhere without me. Michael tried to pick up the phone. However, they ripped it out of the socket. They took the piece from his mouth. These men kept MJ’s hands tied behind his back, and they told him to lie on his stomach. He started crying and this man said Shut up shut up. You’re not going anywhere your going to suffer. The next set of instructions that they gave him was to put his legs down and spread them open so that they could tie each ankle to each side of the bedposts. Someone came in the room with a powerful drug he said no please don’t hurt me no. They tilted his head back and poured the medicine in his mouth. He tried to fight back but Tohme said Surrender or else. So, he surrendered and they knocked him out by putting him face down on the pillow. He asked what did I do to deserve this I never hurt anyone. After a few minutes, he was gone. The medicine had leaked into his back and it was visible he tried to get free. Somebody help me. Then that was it. Tohme said to the doctor mission accomplished.
