In a move to prove that the Brits can more feckless than the United States border policy, Britain announced recently that pirates, specifically Somali pirates, could not be detained because it would violate their human rights. and as a bonus incentive, adopted a policy that pirates could seek asylum as refugees. The London Times reports:

The Foreign Office has advised that pirates sent back to Somalia could have their human rights breached because, under Islamic law, they face beheading for murder or having a hand chopped off for theft.”

In just 10 years the Brits have gone from death sentence to an occupational bonus plan. All based upon the fantasy that these local heroes will be beheaded. Britain is rife with the most vile Muslim extremists on the globe, all enjoying the welfare of the British taxpayer. The addition of several hundred Somali pirates must seem like frosting on the cake.

Last October, a 13-year-old Somali girl was buried up to her waist, with her hands tied, and stoned to death by a crowd of Muslim men while she cried and begged them to stop. Her parents were forced to watch. She had committed the Islamic crime of adultery.
Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow had been gang raped by three men. After reporting the attack to the authorities, the Islamist militia in charge of Kismaayo, Aisha was then convicted of adultery and sentenced to death by stoning.

Using their type of logic, the British can gain the upper hand..example: Pirates (arrrrr) take over a ship off the Somalia coast.
They are interdicted and captured by the Brits. The pirates (arrrr) trying using the ..we cannot be returned because we face mutilation and death since we are muslim..routine. The Brits inform them that since sharia is now used in England too and
it is up to the captain, since the application or non application of English or sharia law is up to him on his own ship. He rules that per sharia law, as now practiced in Britian, the pirates (arrrr) should be mutilated and then shot and dumped overboard.
If a pirate does a quick conversion to Christianity to escape sharia law, the captain then informs the pirate (arrrrr) that ..he..is muslim and per sharia law excecutes him for apostasy. No muss, no fuss no international incidents, no pirates (arrrr).
