G. Gordy Liddy Talks With Anonymous, the Church of Scientology’s Arch-Nemesis

Church of Scientology’s “Arch-Nemesis”, Anonymous
DBKP has the podcast of G. Gordon Liddy’s radio show and his interview with Anonymous, the thorn in the Church of Scientology’s side.
For those who you who haven’t heard of Anonymous, the internet warriors intent on exposing the Church of Scientology as a cult, here’s a link to their site, “Why We Protest”. Here’s another link, Church of Scientology’s Nemesis Anonymous: How Old is Anonymous and Where Does it go to Church? and here, Scientology: Anonymous Uncovers Church’s Bizarre Antics Regarding Hitler and the Holocaust.
It’s a great listen, as Anonymous reveals some juicy details on the “Church”, which was founded by science fiction writer, L. Ron Hubbard, in the 1950′s. Famous members of the “Church” include Tom Cruise and John Travolta. Now a worldwide organization, the Church rakes in billions from members, while attempting to hide their “beliefs”, which are revealed to believers for a price. The more you pay, the “higher” you “rise”.

Mr. Liddy,
This interview was a good one. However, the rattlesnake in the mailbox was a Synanon caper, not Scientology. Synanon was a cultish drug rehab program that seriously went off the rails.
There’s a minor, controlled nuclear reaction in the sunny California desert. A reporter, Nathan Baca, has been producing an excellent series of reports on Scientology, its influence on local government, and the use of a local politician to push through a new ordinance which probably violates the First Amendment. Happily, the Riverside Board of Supervisors’ meetings are webbed, and it is easy to see how Ordinance 884 was requested by the Scientologists living on a razor-wire surrounded compound. The ultimate intent of this ordinance is to stop protests outside the Scientology base.
KESQ Palm Springs has these 5 minute segments available on their website. Mr. Baca is well informed and does not allow himself to be manipulated by the Scientologists he interviews. Anonymous has provided him with a wide array of documented material relating to Scientology and its influence in government.
This is a small, yet brilliant bit of programming for a small affiliate station. The opportunity is open to take this same story national. Scientologists have infiltrated the National Foundation of Women Legislators to the point that some members have promoted Scientology front groups, at public expense, in their home states. This can end badly; google ‘Second Chance, Scientology, Albuquerque.’
Another small local station took on the Second Chance front group, exposing the ties to Scientology, and the utter FUBAR way the program ran until being forcefully expelled from their leased facility. When they left, several large kitchen appliances seem to have gone with them!
This has everything; a cult with an agenda to influence and take over the world, movie stars, covert ops, espionage, political influence, slavery, human trafficking, egregious abuse of members’ human rights.
It’s pretty mysterious how they managed to coerce the IRS into giving them tax exempt status. The Wall Street journal first wrote about the secret agreement between the federal agency and the cult. Google is your friend.
There are some amazing stories out there. This is actually a global problem, but it started here, and it’s up to America to put a stop to this cult; its abuses of people and the courts, its influence peddling, and its fraudulent front groups which are patent, unscientific baloney.
It’s a hella story, but needs a guy with a great helping of testicular fortitude to cover it. Scientology, while ridiculed and mocked, will still try to mess with perceived enemies.

Here is a pretty amazing document outlining the “hat,” or position, of Scientologists who must deal with the press.
