The so called spreading of wealth is simply the rearranging of tax responsibilities from those that have not to those that have the ability to pay. The upper tax bracket people have been living the life of Riley under Reagen trickle down tax cuts and it's finally time to change that and of course you will get the inevitable not in my backyard cries of despair. Those cries however are coming from the group of taxpayers who have not been paying their fair share since the 1980s. Time to buckle your belts over your expanding waistlines ladies and gentlemen. Don't worry though such new divying up of the tax receipts will allow you to sleep a lot more soundly and not worrying about your security alarm going off in the middle of the night. You see the people that have nothing now have nothing to lose so you worry about your alarm but you help them and you get to sleep better. Isn't that nice?
