First Amendment Video: Philadelphia Man Arrested for Wearing McCain-Palin T-shirt
#!%&! The First Amendment:
Obama Supporters and Free Speech in Philadelphia
We’ll make the observation: the police probably saved this guy’s life. We also agree that his actions probably incited the crowd.
However, we will note: if this had happened in 2004, with someone wearing a Kerry-Edwards T-shirt, we would have seen this video on a permanent loop throughout the Left blogosphere.
We can only hope that those who expressed concern–in several cases, legitimate–about free speech rights will express those same concerns in the coming months.

How the fuck is this legal? I do not understand how the hell this could happen. Soon, we’ll be living just like the kenyans do. In fucking huts with barely any clothes on our backs. God please look out for those who were not naive enough to let Obama blind them. It’s so sad to see that they have allowed this antichrist to become the leader of America just because of the color of his skin. I refuse to claim Obama as my president. He is nothing to me but another cockroach. If it’s illegal to say that then please, beat me, spit on me, lock me up and kill my ass before I have to watch my loved ones around me getting their limbs chopped off and raped in the middle of the streets. Blacks like to call us white people racist when they are the most racist people I have ever known. Over 90% of blacks and 40% of whites voted for Obama. Virtually, NO BLACKS voted for McCain. So who’s the real racist? I know I’m turning more and more into one everytime I see them assholes acting like idiots over this shit. To be honest, I regret the fact the whites allowed their asses to vote. It’s reasons like these they shouldn’t have the priviledge. They don’t give a damn about this country or anyone else for that matter. All they care about is looking out for their own kind. Which soon they’ll come to realize, Obama don’t give a damn about them either. I wish them motherfuckers didn’t have their heads so far up their asses. Maybe they would’ve felt Obama fucking them over. In my honest opinions, the Obama supporters should take their asses to Africa and live the way they like to. Like ANIMALS. And take that piece of shit NOBAMA with you.

Pretty obvious the guy was singled out or wearing a McCain/Palin shirt.
How is this possibly legal?

Obama represents all the lies and evil that these idiot supporters deserve. No one could change their minds. They are blind to the truth, and seriously dumb. My dam dog has more brains than most of these black and white morons. The Fema camps are ready for thousands to be taken away and this will soon begin. Their is only one hope and most of the world is seriously deceived to the point of no return. What little freedom we have will evaporate as these idiots supported by congress and the judicial branch take over the white house. Obama will make even this idiot president still in office look harmless. God please help this deceived planet.

Pretty disturbing but what the heck is the ultimate ending message about jews and corporate pigs pulling Obamas strings? This is total BS and it starts to make me thing that maybe this guy did a lot more to instigate trouble before the film started rolling. Carrying a toy sword into a crowd is bizare and suspect. Dont be complete dupes. There’s suspect manipulation in this video beyond the story of this guys rights to express himself being abused.

“Dupes” will try to apologize for arresting a man for carrying a toy sword and wearing a T-shirt of a candidate that’s obviously unpopular with a celebrating crowd.
The only manipulation I see is someone trying to explain away a man getting arrested for unpopular speech. In 2012, the man getting arrested for wearing an unpopular T-shirt may be the man wearing an Obama t-shirt. I would defend that man just as much as this one.
IF you have principles, they don’t change with the politics.
