Prostitution - particularly high-end escort services and their johns - are low on their priority scale.  We have a couple cyberpaths who used these services, the place was busted and 3-5 years later - back in business - WITH THE BLESSING of the police.

So if the police aren&#039;t taking it seriously why should the pimps and small timers care?  It&#039;s a vicious circle.  

Craigslist gets too much publicity and juice out of those erotic services.  They don&#039;t even check to see if they are real. (sometimes ex-boyfriends post their ex on their just to cheeze them off - which is illegal)

And btw - look at all the escort services with flashy websites.  Right there on the web for the world.  Law enforcement often makes deals with these places instead of shutting them down.  So again, why should the small timers on Craigslist care?</description>
