Andrew Sullivan vs. Trig Palin: Sullivan Continues Palin Ovary Probe
Andrew Sullivan:

Dauntless Daily Disher Doubts Doctor
Sullivan’s Dig to Bottom
Of Troof
The Sullivan vs. Trig Ovarian Cage Match
Andrew Sullivan continues to his lonely battle over Sarah Palin’s ovaries.
Sullivan has written a series of posts outlining his theory that Trig Palin is not Sarah Palin’s child, but is actually her grandson. Palin released a two-page medical summary yesterday–which is twice the pages released by presidential candidate, Barack Obama.
Sullivan does mention in his latest gynecological probe post [Palin's Doctor Writes] the absence of any medical records from presidential candidate, Barack Obama.
Obama gave Palin a precedent for this kind of letter as a replacement for records with his equally secretive and brief doctor’s note. But at least he did so well ahead of time, and has no serious questions pending about his own health history.
It is not known if Sullivan plans on questioning the parentage of any other candidates’ offspring. From another recent Sullivan post, Palin’s Medical Records: The Bitter End:
Are you as unsurprised as I am? Two months of begging from this blog and nada. We all know why:
Sullivan quotes disingenuously: “John McCain, Barack Obama and Joseph Biden have all provided details about their medical history.”
The release of the candidates’ medical records is striking: John McCain gave reporters access for three hours to almost 1200 pages of medical records. Joe Biden gave reporters access to all but brain scan records. Palin released her two-page summary from her doctor.
Obama meanwhile, after almost 2 years of constant campaigning for president, has released a one-page undated letter from a doctor the Obama campaign said would be unavailable for interviews.
Some ‘details’.
We do not know what the Obama medical records would reveal–most likely nothing. But, no one knows anything about the man who would have his finger on the nuclear trigger–except an assurance from the campaign that Obama’s “in good health”.
We’ll note that the campaign also issued assurances on such subjects as public financing and various Obama associates.
But, from a candidate campaigning for 2 years on issues of “transparency”, this seems odd. Combined with the refusal by Obama to release college and university records, there are large gaps in what is known about Barack Obama.
Palin, has been campaigning for about 2 months. During that time, Andrew Sullivan has kept alive the issue of the Palin elephant in the womb.
We wish Andrew Sullivan luck in his “begging” for the troof.

Eh,
On this one Sullivan is off base, not because we know it’s her child, but because no one really cares.
Everyone has skeletons in their closet. and if she did decide to cover for her daughter and take
care of her child, more power to her! and if it’s her child, more power to her as well!
That being said….
Palin is a distillation of everything wrong with the Republican party. And if she’s the standard bearer for
2012, Good luck with that, I’ll just vote for whatever Libertarian candidate – or see which third party
takes the power vacuum in the middle since the Republican party is hell bent on reducing itself down to
just the true believers.
Libertarians tried just having the true believes. It didn’t really work so well. but maybe with the circular firing squad
going on in the republican party we’ll take your place as the other major party

Mark,
As a libertarian/conservative, the one thing that is constant about “L” libertarians: every four years, there is a circular firing squad among Libertarians. I thought Ron Paul was/is a principled Libertarian. I agreed with Paul on every single issue–except foreign policy.
I agree with a great many Libertarian positions. Other positions, well, nobody’s perfect.

I feel a lot of sympathy for conservatives who are unhappy about the election outcome. We have all rooted for a losing side during an election, and it can be a bit depressing to see the side you dislike triumph. So I don’t take pleasure in the misery of rightwing commentators. With a few exceptions. After reading your blog’s absurd and hateful crap, full of the most ridiculously cartoonish hysterical exaggerations, I take a lot of pleasure in knowing that those few bloggers who stoke the flames of hatred and turn American against American are right now freaking out and counting down to the apocalypse.

No misery/depression here at the peaceful transfer of power among political rivals in the most powerful nation on Earth. Likewise, the closest thing I recall to “freaking out” was in sixth grade, when I was swimming across a pond and didn’t know if I would make it or not.
Although you link to a site called “Citizens for Ethics”, it would seem unethical for you to slander someone with labels such as “hateful” and “crap”. “Crap” is in the eye of the beholder and it’s the label I personally apply to those who turn up in the comments section and throw around charges with no evidence.
Someone linking from a so-called “ethics” site should know better than to accuse someone of “stoking the flames of hatred” without providing proof–no matter how vehemently you disagree with the post–is simply not ethical.

TWANA BRAWLEY WAS ACTUALLY TRIG’S MOTHER. I HAVE UNDENIABLE PROOF FROM AL SHARPTON, WHO READ THE FACTS DIRECTLY OFF TWANA’S STOMACH WRITTEN THERE BY WHITE POLICEMEN.
