St. Clairsville is part of the Ohio Valley, a largely Democratic, union family stronghold. This area voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in the primaries. For her to draw 20,000+ is amazing. I should know I am from this area. I attended a Bush rally in the same area in 2003. He had a good size crowd as well, but it was no where near 20,000.
