I have no problems with candidates releasing EVERYTHING down to what size underwear they wear. No candidate is pristine. Each carries their own set of baggage. As for McCain’s medical records, allowing access to reporters for “three hours”, in which they could make no photocopies, is hardly free and unfettered access. However, I don’t see the smear and fear coming from the Obama-Biden side, only McCain-Palin.

Just to let you know since you obviously live a VERY sheltered life, not everyone can finish college in 4 years. Some people have to WORK for a living, pay their bills, raise children, deal with family issues, be active in their communities, and deal with everyday trials and curveballs that life throws ALL of us. UNLIKE MOST COLLEGE STUDENTS.

Sarah Palin is probably one of those special people that have many obstacles to overcome in order to get an education. They don’t have the world handed to them on a platter, daddy paying for that “education”, buying them a new car, supporting their non-academic activities (partying, drugs, alcohol, etc.) a goodly number of them getting degrees in such fields with the phrase ”
You want fries with that?” ending it’s description.

Some bust their ass for years, balancing work, school, etc. to attain a degree in a field that will actually earn them money! Imagine that! Going to school to better your life. What a concept!! I personally know several people that have done just that. One in particular who made many mistakes early but was determined to make a better life for herself and her son. She spent many 14-18 hour days working, going to school, caring for her son, her grandmother and grandfather, her aunt who was afflicted with MS and her cousins one with MS and the other completely out of control. She has always had a place of her own for herself and her son, paid for by herself alone. No help from anyone.

She has also helped put her son through PRIVATE college, he, earning his degree in finance and has entered UNLV (at their request) for his masters program.

Yes, it took her more than twice as long to earn her degree in accounting and to earn her CPA certificate but earn them she did. She is now a partner in an accounting firm making GOOD money. Oh…..and this is not to mention the 40 to 60 hrs. of continuing education she must complete every year to maintain her status.

So, in closing, I wish to, since you apparently judged Sarah Palin stupid as it took her 6 years to finish college instead of 4, comment on YOUR education, that is if you have any beyond 8th grade.

The question of whether Barack Hussein Obama is a citizen, and his apparent reluctance to release his actual documents to support that claim does raise some interesting questions.

However.

Does the fact that Barack Hussein Obama probably couldn’t pass the background check for national security positions bother any of you at all? This means that he couldn’t even be a Secret Service Agent. You know……..the guys that protect the President.

Yet………he could BECOME president. Kinda scary when you really think about it.

Here is the form one must fill out to apply for such a position.

There’s certainly a lot of name calling going on. I’m not going to defend Tammy, however I think there are a few assumptions being made that aren’t based on any fact.

1. We don’t know what Sarah Palin did during college.

a. Palin has not offered any heart warming stories about taking care of an ailing grandmother.
b. Palin has not stated how hard she worked busing tables just to make it through college.
c. Palin has provided no detail regarding her college years.
d. No professors have jumped out to extol her virtues.
e. There’s no proof that Palin took time off to be active in her community
e. The only known account of her college years were chronicled by her high school friend Kim Ketchum. By all accounts her college years consisted of hanging out in Hawaii for two weeks and then leaving because it “rained too much” and then moving from college to college following friends, family, or a boyfriend. (Kim’s statements not my assumptions)

You cannot compare your acquaintances experience in college or life, or your own experiences, with that of Sarah Palin without even the slightest shred of evidence linking the two. One could just as easily assume that Sarah Palin was some bar whore, paying her way through college by selling herself on the street for $20 a pop, because “I knew a few hookers in college”. But you shouldn’t, because there are no facts there to make that assertion. So you are defending Palin without regard to truth.

Has anyone considered the reason Obama’s college records have not been released is because he applied as a Muslim? In order to take advantage of the “diversity” element in entrance quotas this may be have been an issue. Or is it because he applied as a citizen from Kenya? Again, in order to take advantage of the “diversity” issue. Is it true his paternal Grandmother is going around in Kenya bragging that her grandson is going to be President of the United States and that she was present in the hospital at his birth in Kenya?
