The Obama birth certificate issue may become an issue.
Phillip Berg may have had his case dismissed in a Philadelphia federal court for lack of standing, but cases filed in the last few weeks in eight state courts are still pending over Barack Obama’s citizenship issues.

Berg says he plans on appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Our opinion: the appeal will likely be denied, due to the standing issue.
Berg filed suit in court to force the Democrat nominee to produce an original “vault” copy of his birth certificate. Obama and the Democratic National Committee chose to fight the lawsuit, rather than produce the birth certificate.
Obama left the campaign trail for a few days last week to see his ailing grandmother in Hawaii. Rumors swelled over the timing of the visit. DBKP took the campaign’s announcement at face value.
Yesterday, it was reported that the Hawaii Governor, Linda Lingle, has had the Obama birth certificate placed under seal.

HONOLULU, Hawaii – Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama’s birth certificate has become a focus of intense speculation – and even several lawsuits – WND has learned that Hawaii’s Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate’s birth certificate under seal and instructed the state’s Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.
The governor’s office officially declined a request made in writing by WND in Hawaii to obtain a copy of the hospital-generated original birth certificate of Barack Obama.
A source told World Net Daily “…confidentially the motivation for withholding the original birth certificate was political, although the source refused to disclose whether there was any information on the original birth certificate that would prove politically embarrassing to Obama.”

Meanwhile, Kenyan authorities told WND that “all documents concerning Obama were under seal until after the U.S. presidential election on November 4.”
Odd though the above situation may be, there’s no need to invent rumors, as Jeff Schreiber notes.
From Addressing the Rumors Surrounding Surrick’s Decision:
The newest thing, I see, is that the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick somehow was implored to decide as he did in the Berg v. Obama suit, that the memorandum and order was somehow thrust upon him by a former law clerk who now works closely with Michelle Obama. Fax transmissions shown on the readily-available document have been called into question, as though the judge was sent the decision he was supposed to render.
To which Schreiber replies, “People, come on.”
We couldn’t agree more.
There’s enough questions surrounding this issue without manufacturing any: such as impugning the judge involved. Phillip Berg was always going to have the standing issue against him–whether you agreed with the thrust of his lawsuit or not.
The standing doctrine is crystal clear. The law, in this case, was on the side of Barack Obama and the DNC when it came down to the procedural details. To prevail, Berg needed Judge Surrick to play the role of judicial activist and expand the law as it stands today. I’ve noted before that the standing doctrine had changed over time, but just because the judge [unfortunately] declined to change it again, we cannot simply assume that he was somehow coerced to uphold the law.
The campaign has not addressed this issue by providing a copy of Obama’s original birth certificate.
Just as it has continued to refuse the releasing of Obama’s medical, college and university records.

The things Obama is telling everyone is one of the many things that are turning off Americans, including what he’s now saying about his cultural background. He is NOT Hawaiian in the slightest. He is African-Arabian. We don’t even have evidence that he was really born in Hawaii. We only have his Certficate of Live Birth. We DO NOT have his Birth Certificate. Obama campaign trolls on the internet shouldn’t even try to joke about such matters of culture to Americans because they have no idea who it is you’re trying to pretend to be, and rather pathetically so.

It’s fascinating to me that Obama and his supporters are pushing for an early vote. Quick! Before the American people find out the truth! God forbid we should ask the important questions of a man who things himself a god. There was once such a man… Julius Caesar. He believed he descended from Venus. His victories in battle pumped his ego up even more. The people loved him and had no problem setting aside their ideals on being a Republic. They did, if you recall, give him the title of Dicatator for Life.
I wonder if that isn’t the next step…

There was another silver-tongued man in recent history, a man who with his oratorial skills swayed and hypmotized huge hungry-for-change vulnerable citizens of his depressed country. His name was Hitler; you surely know the rest. I lived in Germany and I know of what I speak. I ask in all seriousness for the supporters of Obama to do your homework, ask the important questions, demand the truth, research the answers. Do all of this with an open mind, not governed by emotion, but by reason. Then, and only then, can you truly be comfortable in the decision you make.

Hawaii officials declare Obama birth certificate genuine
Associated Press
State officials say there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawai’i.
Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said today she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.
Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama’s certificate be handled differently.
She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.
Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the U.S.
Earlier today, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama’s citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.”

i think the american ppls should be assured somehow that barack is in fact a natural citizen or not . we cannot accept him as legitimate until this is cleared up . in public ofc your life is an open book , so offer the proof !! maybe he was born female and is now the 1st woman elected president HA!HA! ok al
