If there was no problem with the birth certificate … there would be no problems releasing it. I also wonder if the reluctance to release medical records also goes back to the same ie birth history.

Amazing. I have been hearing about this for more than a year. No matter how many people scream about it, file lawsuits etc etc etc the obama clones just say. Of course , it CAN’T be true because no one has even MENTIONED it before. Here we are 10 days from the election and IT’S JUST NOW BEING MENTIONED. What Horse Hockey.

If the Obama website has a forged birth certification, shouldn’t the FBI be contacted to investigate? Or maybe the state attorney general’s office? I’m sure there are laws against the use of forged documents.

There are laws against using fictitious documents. If I used a fictitious document and was caught, I would have been arrested. However I am not a registered Democrat. This is similar to propping up banks that had bad papers. The party invested their entire reputation into BHO, and now they can’t afford for the truth to come out, or their party would collapse. They have to keep up an image of compliance using lies layered upon other lies. If Sarah Obama did a live interview proclaiming her witnessing her grandson’s birth in the Coast Provincial Hospital, in Mambosa Kenya, and had a certified copy of the hospital record verifying his birth there. the liberal propaganda networks would make sure that such information never made it on the air.
Fraud and deceit are common in politics, but those who commit fraud with such fictitious documents will eventually lose everything that was built upon the falsehoods. Invalidations include, but are not limited to: High School diplomas, College credits and degrees, licenses based upon requirement of previous valid degrees, employment based upon valid licenses, real property purchased in fictitious names, bank deposits in fictitious names, etc.
This is not just Juan Mendez who was smuggled across the border as a baby, and is working at a convenience store with fictitious documents that weren’t verified by the employer. This would be someone with the authority to command our armed forces to surrender to anyone of his choosing. He could order them to deliver disarmed nuclear weapons to enemy territory. If we deliver weapons to our adversaries, they should detonate upon delivery. But a foreign agent would follow the orders of his socialist masters, and give them our weapons.
Be prepared for more internal civil infractions, that may escalate to a nuclear war, should the government continue to fail to prevent aliens from obtaining positions of power, or taxpayer subsidized services.

Pa. Judge Throws Out Obama Citizenship Suit

A federal judge has tossed out a complaint that Barack Obama’s name should be taken off the ballot because he is ineligible to be president because he is a citizen of Indonesia rather than the United States.

Former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg claimed in a complaint filed in federal district court that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya, rather than Hawaii, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. The complaing demanded that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

On Friday night, U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick sided with the Democratic National Committee, which had asked Surrick to dismiss Berg’s complaint.

Surrick issued a 34-page memorandum and opinion that said the claims were “ridiculous” and “patently false.” He also said Berg’s effort to pursue his claim regarding Obama’s citizenship were “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.”

Allegations surrounding Obama’s place of birth have been swirling for months. Earlier this year, the Obama campaign sought to put down the rumors by making available a computer-generated Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007 by the State of Hawaii. However, the 2007 document produced by the Obama campaign omits key information that normally appears on birth certificates in the United States, including the name of the hospital where he was born, the size and weight of the baby, and sometimes the name of the doctor who delivered him.

In addition, the critics of the 2007 document note that Obama’s father is described as “African,” a term used today. The formal language in official documents at the time — 1961 — would have identified his race as “Negro” or “Colored.”

The Web site snarkybytes.com has produced a vault copy of a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth from 1963, issued by the Hawaii Department of Health. [See the vault copy — Click Here.]

In addition to naming the hospital and more details about the baby, the 1963 vault copy also includes the “usual residence of the mother,” and the “usual occupation” of the father. None of this information appears on the 2007 Live Birth certificate produced by the Obama campaign.

Obama has posted a “Certification of live birth”, which is NOT NOT NOT A Birth Certificate!

After months and months of unrequited requests, the Obama campaign did finally present a document which they claimed validated his eligibility (per the Constitution of the Unted States, Article II, Section I) as a “Natural born citizen” to have his name on the ballot in contention for the office of the President of the United States of America.

However, contrary to what the few media outlets who are giving this outrageous claim any attention at all have concurred, what the Obama campaign supplied was not, in fact, a “birth certificate”. What they supplied was actually a “Certificate of Live Birth.” There is a major difference between a “birth certificate” and a “Certificate of Live Birth.” Aside from the level of detail differentiating the documents (hospital of record, doctor, height, weight, etc) – in the state of Hawaii, one authenticates natural born citizenship, and the other doesn’t. This part is important, and again – it has nothing to do with tin foil hats. Per the State of Hawaii’s Department of Health, “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.” (For citation purposes, please feel free to visit their site: http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/index.html ).

Why is this important? The “Certificate of Live Birth” provided by Obama, is in fact, a derivative of the “Amended certificates of birth” they site. Why is that important? Because per the second clause in the above citation, while you may earn citizenship via such a document, you do not necessarily earn “natural born” citizenship. “Natural born citizenship” is what is required to be eligible to be considered for the Presidency, per the United States Constitution.
