"That’s cool, Snoop. We shall see what we shall see."

That's a big 'negatory', Sweetie. I was simply referring to the NYT's propensity for running National Esquire-esque exposes on (insert un-democrat) based upon the flimsiest of evidence.

"...NOW the brickbats fly." What's a brickbat?

"In fact, I was told this was common knowledge in their hometown." Note to the New York Times: go with this on page 1. My cousin's brother's ex-girlfriend's mailman says he's heard of it, too.

Loving how the biggest stain that stuck was that the eBay sale didn't actually complete and that it went through a business broker.

Yes, compared to selling out the Democratic Party to a bunch of Trial Lawyers who inserted their personal Manchurian Candidate into the highest level of politics twice, that is nothing.

Not a moral dilemma, not an ethical dilemma, not a criminal matter... just a plane that someone backed out of the sale of on eBay.

Democrats are quaking in fear of Palin and rightfully so. She turned this election completely around in under seven days.

Just think how much good she can do in four years.

Liberals aren't afraid of Palin, were afraid of the half of America that continues to blindly follow the trail of lies the republicans feed them without question and votes them into office> there are serious issues on the table and we need represenitives who fully understand them (without needing to be coached on topic). I was at many of the west coast caucus and more then anything else the Democrats wanted real change from what we currently have. Leadership based on lies and smoke screens> Yes we were divided up to the DNC... because we had 2 great choices with similar plans of action. Action and teams made up of real working people, students, labor workers, stay at home moms, and corp. executives. Young and old, black brown and white... they were all there together all asking questions and committing to service. Committed to participating in the change. WE need real leaders NOT another puppet administration that mouths the words of others. Ones who think for themselves and act with the interests of others, who are always willing to stop and listen to what the other side has to say. Palin isn't a Maverick or Barracuda she is a pawn, being dressed up for a role that will make half of America feel that the Republicans are just like them. These are people who twice voted for Bush ( another dressed up puppet and pawn ). We need leaders who make choices based on logic and knowledge not emotion and self-serving policy. I don't fear McCain/ Palin, I fear those Americans who instead of knowing the facts or issues follow blindly down the red road thinking Gods going to fix it and the military will support it and everything else will be ok. God doesn't punish or reward us, those are things we each do for ourselves based on the choices we choose>

Snoop,

Be careful what you wish for.

There were some people (me included) who couldn't wait for the Enquier to dish on JE. Some of you too, I reckon. Now that the shoe is on the other foot re Palin, NOW the brickbats fly.

This is what I know: I stumbled upon something this week from an Alaskan blogger. If I discovered it,so will the NE. In fact, I was told this was common knowledge in their hometown.

Would it make a difference? I don't know. My gut feeling is it would be a huge negative.

Is it relevant? Again, I would usually say no, except that Sarah Palin herself made it relevant by some of her choices.

It may not even be true. If it is true, McCain should learn from his errors and get ahead of the story before someone else does.

Now, I've heard some so-called Hillary supporters say that the media should ask Michelle Obama how many abortions she's had. Has she had even one abortion? Not that I know of. This is kind of like asking a guy how many times he's beaten his wife. But once it's out there, it soon morphs into hey, did you know that Michelle Obama had a couple of abortions and she's covering it up.

Is this relevant? I would say yes if Michelle Obama was a rabid pro-lifer who would deny women the right to an abortion under any circumstances. Otherwise, no. It's her business.

Some of the bretheren on my left keep bringing up the canard that John McCain cheated on his first wife. Look, we know he did, he admitted to his affairs, and it was 30 years ago. If McCain is cheating on his wife now (or in the very recent past) then I'd say yes, unleash the hounds of hell on him.

Still waiting...

BTW, relying on the National Enquirer to rescue Obama from Sarah Palin does not smack of desperation. Really, it doesn't.
