Instead of wasting public money on any life without parole or death sentence prisioners their organs should be put to use. There is a serious shortage of organs for transplants and this would help needy honest citizens. Many good people would be alive today if this process were used today. The financial abuses could be all but eliminated with proper proceedures and oversite. The dirty little secret that we have in the US is that we treat our criminals better and with more rights than the law abiding citizens and this needs to be reversed.
