Thanks for the comment.

As was noted at the end, it was in a comment by Barbara E, Scottsdale, AZ on a Robert Novak article. I checked it out and wasn’t able to find out if Barbara E wrote it herself or (more likely) it was contained in one of those email forwards that circulate around the Net. I thought it contained a few important points, so I went with it, with the credits at the end pointing to Barbara E.
