Not sure about the Islamophobic part, but your comment qualifies as both mind-numbing and reactionary.

I feel plenty of “compassion”–though it’s mostly for the everyday Palestinians who continue to be co-opted by Hamas and others who are not interested in their lot.

Tje keffiyeh is a symbol: and, unfortunately, the Palestinian people have allowed it to become a symbol of hate and terror by not rising up against their leaders.

Just because someone acknowledges the Palestinian peoples’ struggle for equality by wearing a keffiyeh doesn’t make him an appreciator of Islamic terror. That’s kind of mind-numbing, Islamophobic, reactionary rhetoric is just cliche at this point. Try to lighten up and and feel some compassion for your fellow man and his struggles rather than hatred. Or keep on in the same vein and stroke out young so there’s one less terrorizer of Middle Eastern culture and religion in the world. The first option is of course the better one because this us versus them thing is so tedious and narrow minded.
