Larry Sinclair Arrested at NPC Press Conference; UPDATES
According to the blog The Mitch and Nan Show, a commenter at Larry Sinclair’s blog is reporting that Larry Sinclair was “arrested” and “led away in handcuffs” from today’s press conference at the National Press Club.

UPDATE UPDATE at 6:32 pm Wednesday June 18, 2008: Sinclair was indeed arrested by DC police immediately after his press conference and is being held, at present, by the Washington DC Police Department. Sinclair’s being held at the 1st Division, 415 No. 4 Street SW. No charges have been announced. According the The Mitch and Nan Show blog:

Mitch and Nan’s tip came from “Robin” at Sinclair’s blog. At quick trip over to Larry Sinclair’s blog found his supporters bewildered as to why Sinclair was arrested. Some mentioned that perhaps they “should raise money for Larry’s bail” while others assumed “Obama” was behind the arrest in order to “silence” Larry from telling the “truth”.

The blog, The Mitch and Nan Show, has done the yeoman’s work in exposing Sinclair. They claim to have a “mole” at today’s Larry Sinclair press conference. Sinclair, who claims he had illicit sex and enjoyed illegal drugs with Senator Obama back in 1999, had rented a hall at the National Press Club.
As to who might have arrested Sinclair: it could be related to the felony fraud warrant from Colorado–Sinclair claims he has immunity, as long as he doesn’t return to Colorado.
DBKP will provide updates throughout the evening on what Sinclair presented today at his “press conference”; on whether or not Sinclair has finally presented any proof behind his allegations; and, if Sinclair, was indeed, arrested.

That is unbelievably GREAT news. Its about time. And I’m voting for McCain. I just can’t stand the kind of BS political discourse that we have these days. I couldn’t be happier. Deal with the issues…like the fact that Obama hasn’t got a clue when it comes to fighting terrorism.

Senile old war monger McCain can’t even tell the Shiites and Sunis apart and doesn’t know how many troops we have in Iraq. He doesn’t know that when it comes to Iran’s foreign and nuclear policy, Ahmadinijad is not in control. Those issues are decided by Iran’s supreme leader, the Ayatollah Khameni. So who is the one who does not have a clue here?

I honestly don’t think that this man (Sinclair) is going to ‘sway’ any voters one way or another. There are MANY other things that Obama has done and associated with that is..in my opinion far worse than this. I can’t figure out how in this world Obama is still going. HOW? Of course Obama was behind Larrys arrest…I only hope his life is not in danger..3 and I did say 3 homosexual men from Obama’s church were murdered late last year…One of these men had conservations with Larry several times before his death…..NO NEWS COVERAGE of these 3 murders.. What if McCain or Hillarys church had three members murdered within weeks of each other , would the media report it….The devil is certainly taking care of his own..

ruth you are not even keeping up to date on Larry’s version of the story (granted that is not easy since he changes it ). HE’s not even repeating the discredited claim that 3 gay black men from Trinity church were murdered anymore but some of his followers are still saying it. There was ONE murdered – Donald Young. Another gay black churchmember died after a long illness, which was mentioned in the church bulletin before his death, and his family and friends say he was not murdered. There was also a gay black Chicago man who was murdered, Larry Bland, but he was NOT a member of that church.
Not to mention, how do you explain that Larry stated on multiple occasions that NOBODY ever returned his calls to the Obama campaign. He said that was why he made his You Tube video. He kept telling that story until he heard in a comment on his blog in March that Donald Young, a gay choirmaster from TUCC, had been murdered. It was only then he changed his story to say that Young had returned his calls to the campaign.
It’s easy to make up stories about people who are dead and can’t deny them. Larry is a liar. His contradictions about Donald Young made a lot of people see through him. I hope you’ll be able to do the same.

Alienor….How do we know you are telling the truth…As for Donald Young contacting Larry,,,phone records can prove that..Maybe you better do more investigating…As for Obama as i see it He discredits many reputible ministers, and lies about the Bible and makes mockery out of the words of Jesus…So it is reasonable to beleive what Larry says about him…Obama has told so many lies he makes Larry look like a patron of truth..Obama’s life long friends and his paster are clues to the real Obama and it doesnt appear good..

Ruth, Of course you don’t know I’m telling the truth. I would never ask someone to take my word for something like that. (like Larry asks us to take his word.) I just think people should look at the claims logically – - the contradictions in Larry’s stories and the LACK of any real evidence besides the word of a career criminal.
You are right that IF Young contacted Larry, the phone records would certainly lend a huge amount of weight to the story – -so WHY has Larry made so little (if any) effort to produce those phone numbers and records of the calls and messages?. IF he really had gotten those calls LARRY himself would have HAD records of Young’s calls & text messages sent to Larry’s cell phones – -with phone numbers, call dates and times and the messages – this info would be IN his cell phones! The phone numbers and dates/ times would also be on his phone bills . Even if the calls were all from restricted numbers, Larry would still have the text messages he claims to have received and info on the times and dates of the calls, and would be able to say that the number was restricted.
Even if he had not bothered to keep track of those calls, had not saved the records of incoming calls on his phones, had not saved his phone bills for Sept-Dec. 2007…. it is nearly impossible to believe that after early March when he heard of Donald Young’s murder , he would not have made a MAJOR effort to get those phone records!. Usually it is quite simple to access your phone bills for the past several months online. IF he were telling the truth, why would Larry postpone trying to get these records????. Yet at the PC in June, I think he said he had been trying for 2 weeks to get the records from Sprint. 2 weeks???? Why not 3 months?!
All he gave police and journalists were some numbers he said were his OWN numbers. He could have saved the police work by getting info for them off his own phones or phone bills. And how does he expect journalists to somehow figure out who all called him? HE’s the person most able to get that information. It sure does not sound to me like someone who has important evidence and really wants to reveal it….. sounds a lot more like someone trying to string people along for months and get donations.
Even without the murder it’s hard to believe Larry would not have bothered to save his only evidence that the Obama campaign actually responded to his calls, and would not have published that …… But, as I pointed out before, Larry himself said repeatedly that NOBODY had EVER responded to his calls to the campaign.
I just think it is a shame that people are taken in by this conman. And nobody in this world makes Larry look like “a patron of truth” –he has been ripping people off all his adult life and probably started as a juvenile.

Alienor, Larry is a career criminal????? I was under the impression that Larry’s mistakes were in 1980′s..You say Larry is a liar and Barrack is innocent.. Prove it…It is very suspicious that Barack made public his drug use in the fall of 2007…since he never faces up to any wrong doing..
As for believing which one is lying, Larry or Barack it is pretty easy to speculate on that.. Larry has confessed every bad thing he has ever done publicly…While Barack has lied and even accuses his accusers…Always without exception….He has lied about Christian ministers …He publicly lied and slandered them.. He lies about Jesus and the Bible ..He twists Scripture to fit his own evil unjust opinions… And he lies about being a Christian..Christians do not condone murder (abortion) or homosexuality… Christians do not blame others, or slander Christian leaders.. Barack has said Jesus is not the only WAY…This belief alone proves he is not a Christian and if Jesus was not the ONLY WAY then his life and death and resurrection are meaningless…Barack also says all men are gods children….If this were true, then the account of Adam and Eve is a lie… Jesus words of Matt 13: -35-38 are lies and no man needs a redeemer….Contrary to what some believe, Barack is not the chosen one, the one who walks on water , the new testament,,etc.. He is in fact quire the opposite..He is what the Bible calls a false Christ..Barack and Larry remind me of the man who asked for Gods mercy saying he was a sinner and the man who spoke only of his own worth in prayer…
I fear for Larry’s life..and I fear for the USA and the world if idiots vote Barack in as president..
One more thing.. How exactly do you know what records Larry gave to the police.. Are you part of Baracks team to try to silence the truth about Barack…Also.. Larry’s mistakes took place in the 1980s.. He is not a career criminal…..Quite typical of Barack to lie and accuse his accusers..
