The reason for the lies and the shooting: Roland’s work had included attempts to strengthen port security human intelligence around Houston. Chertoff and others were against this. Roland had cameras set up to examine some activities being carried out by Mossad that had to do with shipping and false flag terror attacks. He accessed this info via several of his cell phones and would then download the captured images from these hidden cameras to his laptop.

Because of his surveillance of Mossad he was targeted. He knew this. When he was stopped he couldn’t take a chance. He drove away and phoned FBI and his contact at Houston PD. The FBI requested HPD call off the chase and confirmed to HPD that Carnaby was an agent on the job. However, they refused to stop.

I watched the raw video of Roland’s death as it happened. When Roland was assured that all was well via his cell phone contact, he stopped. He kept his hands up so officers could see them – yet an officer instantly ran to the passenger window and smashed it in. Roland told them he was complying and he was told to exit the vehicle. As Roland stepped onto the pavement the officer ran up and kicked the driver door into him. As Roland fell to the ground two officers shot him in the back. Roland’s body fell towards the rear tire. They dragged him around, still face down, to place him in line with the driver door and cuffed him. Roland never once reached for anything. He knew better than that. That story is simply a concocted lie.

As Roland lay dying the officers stood around and offered no assistance. When an ambulance arrived twelve minutes later they did not take him to the nearest hospital. Instead they drove further along to Ben Taub Hospital and during this long, slow drive Roland bled to death.

The vehicles chasing Station Chief Carnaby were unmarked and driven by men wearing black tee shirts. Only at the end of the chase did a fully marked HPD patrol car stop near him. At the start of the chase he wasn’t sure who these men really were and he knew that he had been targeted the night before.

Roland Carnaby was a highly decorated CIA officer with over thirty years experience. He spoke seven languages and engaged in many covert missions through the years involving his role in shipping and other activities. He learned of something taking place at Houston’s Ports and was recording this.

His cell phones and laptop were given over to Secret Service. It was the Secret Service that Dick Cheney worked through when ordering armed nuclear missiles to be flown south. It was only due to patriotic military higher ups leaking this info that this plot was halted at Barksdale.
