What a stinker this guy is and any woman who would sleep with any man who has a sick wife like that has no respect for any one or thing, including herself. I don’t care if the man is John Edwards or Joe Blow, the guy is a STINKER. If this lady thinks he’ll marry her someday, she’s nuts. If he marries her, he’ll do the same thing to her. Bottom Line: Elizabeth just needs to get out and away from the narcissistic/abuse pattern, and enjoy her life with real friends and family. Maybe go to Sardinia and enjoy a glass of Chianti and recover. I have never understood the “Stand By My Man” approach; whether you are the president’s wife or living in a one-room apartment with no job and 3 kids; there are always options; not always easy.
