Larry Sinclair: Obama Accuser’s Murky Past
One has to admire the faithful followers of Obama accuser, Larry Sinclair. Just this week two outstanding warrants surfaced for Sinclair, one in Colorado from 2001 and another one from Florida from back in 1987.
When another poster at another site posted info on the Colorado warrant Larry chastised the poster and informed him that the Colorado warrant was the only one “legally” active and that the warrant was the “only” unresolved warrant bearing Sinclair’s name.
Well, make that the only unresolved warrant bearing the Lawrence Wayne Sinclair name because it was only a few days later that another warrant for Sinclair surfaced, from Dade City, Florida, in 1987.
Sinclair posted the Florida case file number, 87258CFAES and the date. Here’s a link to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for persons “wanted”. Sinclair’s name at the time wasn’t Lawrence W. Sinclair nor Larry Sinclair but La Rye V. Avila. Larry verified that this warrant applied to him, he also said that he contacted the Florida authorities in an effort to clear the matter up.
Larry didn’t make any apologies for the matter, nor why he happened to have a long standing warrant with Florida, just that $925 would clear it up.
Even though Sinclair steadfastly maintains he has “nothing to hide” he hasn’t been forthcoming as to what he was doing nor where he was living back in November 1999 when, according to Sinclair, he “rented a limo” in Chicago and met the then State Representative Barack Obama for a night of sex and crack cocaine.
An affidavit Sinclair filed in 2004 with the Colorado Courts in a motion to dismiss an outstanding 2001 warrant from Pueblo County sheds some light on Sinclair’s “proclivities”.
Sinclair maintains his 2004 affidavit of a motion to dismiss the state of Colorado’s 2001 warrant for two felonies, theft and forgery, is proof of his innocence, and that the warrant is only valid in Colorado, as late as last year Sinclair’s mugshot was shown on the Pueblo County, Colorado website, Pueblo Crimestoppers, with a warrant for Sinclair’s arrest. Sinclair claimed that in 1999 he had rented a limo and that after very short time of meeting Obama, the two were involved in illegal drugs and illicit sex. What we’re interested in is a photo of Sinclair from that period. He has posted on his website a picture of a much, much younger Larry. There doesn’t seem to be any photos from Larry from the period of time he purportedly hooked up with Obama.

In his 2004 affidavit, Larry, in an effort to quash a 2001 theft and forgery warrant from the state of Colorado, wrote:
1. Defendant is disabled with severe spine injury and nerve damage in upper and lower extremities
2. Defendant is terminally ill.
3. Defendant’s sole support and means of support has been Social Security Supplemental Income disability payments until receiving notice that July 30, 2004, that said payments were being halted due to the belief the defendant is fleeing to avoid prosecution.
We won’t go into the rest of Larry’s affidavit but we highly recommend it as rather “enlightening” as Sinclair claims that in 2000 he was living with a Mexican male whose sister and husband were known drug dealers, (according to Larry). That Larry was at an auto auction with his Mexican roommate in October of 1999, that Larry admits depositing checks into his bank account, the ones that his accuser claims he forged and then stole.
And yet, according to Larry, one month later he’s in Chicago in a rented limo, meeting with a State Representative Barack Obama, who’s so smitten with Sinclair he runs out and procures crack cocaine, has oral sex, and goes to a motel in Gurnee, Illinois.
This past week Sinclair has added a new allegation, that he was in communication with the now deceased gay choir master of Obama’s church, Donald Young, and that Obama and Young were past lovers.
Young is dead and cannot counter Sinclair’s allegations.
Sinclair claims he has a “terminal illness”. Based on his 2004 affidavit Sinclair has been “dying” from a terminal illness for at least 5 years. He also stated he suffered from severe spine and nerve damage and that his sole support was supplemental social security. At what date did Sinclair begin receiving Social Security Disability payments? Was it before November of 1999?
Sinclair stated in his affidavit that he was living with a Mexican male in 2000 in Colorado but doesn’t state how he supported himself. Sinclair claims the people he was involved with were Mexican Nationals who ran drugs.
It’s very simple. Sinclair remembers his “alleged” meeting with Obama back in 1999 quite clearly. He should also be able to remember other parts of his life, how he was able to afford the trip, pay for the limo. He should also be able to supply a photo of himself from 1999, not from ten or 15 years earlier. Sinclair was born in 1961 which meant that in 1999, he was 38 years old. A photo taken early in 2008 shows a man who clearly looks his age. What did Sinclair look like on that magical “alleged” night he purportedly met State Senator Obama? Was Sinclair already collecting Social Security Disability payments?
Sinclair claims he has been open and honest but this is information Sinclair has been unwilling to reveal. In fairness to Senator Obama, Sinclair has to do more than just make allegations, he must show proof. Part of that proof is a thorough vetting of Sinclair back in November 1999. It has to be more than just “I say so”.
When an allegation is made, the burden of proof is on the person who made the allegation, not the other way around. Until Sinclair comes clean, then the onus is where it should be, on Larry.

Much thanks for this post. You read enough of those other pro-Sinclair bloggers and their selected pro-Sinclair comments and you can get suckered into believing that there is at least something worth looking into. Without a corroborating credible witness, this is just a go-nowhere allegation.

The Obama Noise machine is turned all the way up to 10. Of course Obama is innocent until proven guilty. LarrySinclairs claim are salacious much like the fellow in Denver who made allegations regarding Ted Haggard that Ted at first denied vigorously. Allegations and claims and questions raised by anyone regarding any aspect of Obamas past , his mistatements all get the same treatment. A wall of noise comes up and counter claims deprecations, and unless video is produced all of it is heresay. All of this is a textbook legal manuver by a lawyer and a team of lawyers. There is of couse the intenet
I may beleive that Obama is all hat and no saddle. I also hope for all of our sakes Larry Sinclair’s claims and allegations are false. Ultimately though the Media, new and old, are testing all of the benifits of the World wide web and make Democracy seem an ugly concept, unfair and cheap.
Note;The last public figure who successfully sued anyone for slander or libel was Teddy Roosevelt.
Obama could very well be the next president. Larry Sinclairs allegations should be exposed to he light of day and let truth prevail. I’m sorry Obama has to go through this but he did decide to run for President. He wasn’t forced. He choose this course.
Larry might be a scumbag but last tiem I checked we are all equal under the law. Even scumbags deserve a hearing. Protecting his rights protects everyones rights.

I for one wish Obama would show where he was on the nights in question. Sinclair has proved beyond doubt he was where he said he was, but Obama’s camp refuses to similarly disclose. Yet it should be easy, as he was an elected official at the time.

Sinclair has docs showing he paid for a hotel in Chicago area from 11/3 to 11/6. I have a few questions:
1. I see that you paid for a room, but where is the proof you were there?
2. He claims this encounter occured on 11/6/99. If you checked out 11/6 as documented in by the hotel docs,how did Obama come back to your room to engage in more acitvites in your room the day after(11/7/99)?
3. On his blog he has claimed he not terminally ill. Yet in his affidavit he claims he is. So which is it?

Good questions for SInclair.
1. You can show all the paperwork you want but that does not prove that you actually stayed in the room nor does it prove that Obama was there.
2. We’d like to know how Obama came back to the room too.
3. Sinclair posted a legal document to the courts in Colorado where he’s currently wanted on a felony warrant. I can’t remember the exact date he filed it but it was several years ago. You are correct that in the document he claimed he was terminally ill and was unable to work and was collecting Social Security Disability. This was just a few years after the alleged “encounter” with Obama.
When did Sinclair begin collecting Social Security Disability? Was it prior to the alleged meetup with Obama in 99?
What did Sinclair do for a living back in November of 99 when he allegedly had money to rent a limo and cruise the streets of Chicago?
And what did Sinclair look like in 99?
We’ve seen several photos of Sinclair posted on one of his old sites. They were all old photos of Sinclair. None were from 1999.
How many years did Sinclair spend in prison?
How many alias has Sinclair had?
Questions like these Sinclair needs to answer. It’s not up to Obama to prove Sinclair is wrong, it’s up to Sinclair to prove he’s telling the truth. So far he hasn’t.

I just read the aff he sent to Chicago PD. He is claiming the Mr Young is the murdered Chior director from TUCC. He claims thi man was gay and had a relationship with Obama! I have not found anything that confirms Mr Young was gay, mush less involved with Obama.
Interesting that a wanted man can sue people in Federal and State courts. Shouldn’t he have to be held responsible for his crimes first?

I have paid for a room in Chicago on a number of occasions. Does Obama now have to prove that he did not have sex with me?
