Video of Argentina’s Creepy Gnome?
Does Argentina have its own bigfoot? Teenager Jose Alvarez claims he’s captured on video an image of a decade’s old mystery, the Argentinean gnome.
According to the Brit paper, The Sun, citizens in the Argentinean town of General Guemes have sighted a short, squat, and creepy looking gnome going back several decades.
Police launched an inquiry into the mysterious gnome sightings after residents became alarmed from several sightings while the town Mayor remains skeptical but also believes there could be possibility that the gnome exists.
Teen Jose Alvarez claims he caught the creepy gnome on video.
“We were chatting about our last fishing trip. It was one in the morning. I began to film a bit with my mobile phone while the others were chatting and joking. Suddenly we heard something — a weird noise as if someone was throwing stones.
“We looked to one side and saw that the grass was moving. To begin with we thought it was a dog but when we saw this gnome-like figure begin to emerge we were really afraid.
“This is no joke. We are still afraid to go out — just like everyone else in the neighbourhood now.
“One of my friends was so scared after seeing that thing that we had to take him to the hospital.”
A poll taken of the town’s 30,000 residents showed 90% believe there’s a gnome stalking their streets at night.
Not quite your garden variety gnome.
