I originally come from Llanelli, South Wales, so the stories coming out of Wales really hit home. We work in schools around the world instilling a passion for living, love of life and possibility. This year alone we have presented 240 shows to over 45,000 young people between 5 – 18 years old in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

I know that if one person suicides it impacts many around them. It only needs one friend who is depressed and deeply affected by their friends decision to do this, to take that way out as well to kill the pain and desperation. This can snowball very fast.

Prevention and being able to manage pain, fear, sorrow is vital. Our shows are unique and we work with between 100 – 300 young people in each show, with follow ups and contact after the event as well.

We want to bring this to Bridgend and the surrounding communities. For this to be possible it needs to be funded as well for as much as we’d love to do this work for nothing, if no money comes in, we cant go anywhere or do anything.

Children make decisions about themselves early in life, maybe as young as five years old. It is crazy to live an enture life based on the decisions made by a five year old, but this is often what we do.

We block the dark tunnels and show children other doors they can choose, and even how to create new doors for themselves.
